They did a really good job with the install of the washer. Simple and painless process

Those two men did an outstanding job. It was tight quarters too...but they did really well. One even ran me through each setting and told me special things to do for my machine. The gave good advise.

Although we were well prepared when we entered the store due to the greatest website for consumer consumption AKA Best Buy Dot Com, we were able to meet with our consultant and he was able to give us a couple other fine tuned points really showing us the real world applications of the product. The 2 Young Men Were AWESOME and They Showed Us How To Operate The Units, As These LG's Were Far More Advanced Than We Had Before.

I'll start from best to worst with my almost 2 years of expierence... Pros: Works great for big king size comforters. Nice to have the top wash for a quick wash on kids clothes when they make a mess. Cons: Installation from 3rd party was not great. I had to pull it out and re-do the water and drain lines to allow the washer to be pushed back another 4 inches as this unit requires a bulkier set up. Digital display stopped working and the machine wouldn't turn on. I ended up leaving it unplugged for 20 minutes then plugged it back in and it started working again. But in the meantime the sound before this and afterwards has faded in and out like what you would get from a blown speaker, but primarily doesn't work when cycling through different wash cycles or when the load is finished. I'm assuming the display/control panel is already bad. Also the washer itself is getting louder during its spin cycle. Not a clunking sound or anything like that just louder when spinning & no bumping or clunking sounds as if it were unbalanced though. I believe the drum bearing is also already failing.

Professional installation with thorough inspection

The first service guy that I received to repair the washing machine was not the best. The second was really great. He didn’t try to take money from me and did his job correctly. Thank you Jose, JB, Hunt, and friend.

Our Best Buy delivery team was clean, friendly and made a relatively complex install and stack very easy to navigate. Plus leveled the machines and made sure everything worked before leaving. In and out quickly.

A great washer and most of all the persons that came and installed the washer had the Absolute best customer service and were polite to answering all the questions my mother had for them… they answered her questions and treated her with great kindness

Two men came and did the job very efficiently. They let me know via phone and text they will be here in 30 min. They were right on time and did everything promised.

I was completely blown away at how the two men who "installed" my LG Front loader. They were like cavemen who had no idea what they were doing. Firstly, I never got a call saying that they were on their way. When they just showed up at my house, I showed them where the washer would be going. They then proceeded to unload the washer and the pedestal that I bought together. What they did next was unbelievable. They then put the washer UPSIDE DOWN to instal the pedestal when the washer can be and is supposed to be lifted on top of the pedestal. They didn't even put all the screws in the pedestal. They carried the washer up to the door, bumping into the step in the process, and the two men weren't even careful going down one flight of stairs. They scratched the side and top of the washer in the process and my wall too. They carried it into my laundry area and hooked up the hoses to the lines and then told me to "run the speed wash cycle and you'll be good to go". They then took my old washer away and then left my property. Now I can safely say that Best Buy needs to re evaluate their partners who deliver and install washers and dryers. The two idiots didn't even level the washer, and they didn't connect the hoses right. Hot was cold and cold was hot. So, I then had to waste my own time by leveling the appliance, switching the hose and connecting drain hose properly, not to mention they left the elbow connector for the drain hose in the washer. Now after just 7 light loads of normal laundry, the washer vibrates extremely more than it should and makes a squeaking noise. I have a replacement on the way at the time of this review, and I am going to install it my self with help because the two men who did it need different jobs or more training on how to properly install a washer. I never have been more disappointed in my entire life that at this performance.

The guys putting in my washer and dryer was professional and did a very good job.

Very professional, I just move in and they were able to answer to all my questions regarding the installation, and even suggested to buy another kit for the dryer and request refund because it was a better option for the setup of the laundry space. They tested and ensured the washer was functional 100%.

Our new LG Washer and Dryer needed to be stacked. The Best Buy crew showed up on time and was very fast and courteous. They removed the old appliances as agreed and made this a very easy process for us.

The delivery guys did an amazing job. Covered shoes bringing in and did a super job installing them. Thank you
