Two delivery people arrived well within the window that was provided to me. They were both polite and got right to work. They were very careful carrying in the items. There were no dings in the wall or scratches on the wood floor from their delivery or removal. Both items were installed in under and hour, including stacking the dryer and installing a kit. After about 60 loads the installation shows no sign of concern. Would recommend to anyone.

yeah, the installers install your machines so you can do your clothes cleaning, they are fast and good

We just received our washer today and it looks beautiful! We owned a GE front-loader for 4 years (and the owners before us probably had it at least 5 years before that) and it was a solid workhorse. The only reason we got rid of it is because of the mold monster that eventually staked a claim inside the drum and everywhere else. Best Buy provided AMAZING customer service at every step!!! SO impressed. We bought a Samsung top-loader 5 cu ft the first time and it was so deep that it felt uncomfortable to reach into. They quickly arranged for an exchange for a front loader. When the delivery folks arrived with that washer, they explained that we hadn't accounted for the raised door and we wouldn't be able to close the laundry room door. They said we could do an exchange (again!) no problem. A couple phone calls later, we had this LG washer on its way. The delivery guys arrived right on time and installed it for us -- all in less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend Best Buy and hoping that this LG lasts for many years.

I love this item! Best one Ive ever purchased. Easy to use and even easier to keepnit clean and running perfectly with the simple care instructions provided. Definitions recommend this to anyone who hates to do laundry and wants it to be fast anf easy.

Our Delivery and install crew showed up on time. They quickly removed the defective machine, installed the new machine, and then TESTED to make sure everything was working correctly. I forget the Gentleman in charge's name but he was excellent. Very thorough and professional.

The washer delivery was fine. It was a bit delayed from scheduled time. I thought it would be delayed to next day, but they came and installed the washer quite quickly. Thanks for that!

Since I finally got the washer, that should have been here weeks ago, I am happy. You need to seriously work on the glitches in your computer system.

Very please how professional and knowledgeable the delivery professional was. I am very happy. I can throw like 2 loads of towels in one load with the high capacity wash drum.

Although the Installation of the Washing Machine was good, the Installer Technician were NOT wearing Mask. But they are polite and professional.

The installers hooked up the washing machine without any problems. Once they were finished, they took the time to go over the various features of the washer and answer any questions I might have. They didn't rush me and were very patient. This really helped when I sat down with the manual because I hand an overview of what the manual was talking about. Great job. The people that came to install the washer were fantastic! They didn’t give any mess or fuss like when I got Sears to install my washer and dryer for my other property. They were very professional and handled the washer very carefully up the stairs and didn’t put a single hit on my narrow stairway walls up 3 long steps and stories.

Timely and smooth installation. We had a problem with the initial delivery/install but it was rectified in minutes over the phone. The installers were professional and very accommodating when they entered my home.
