The two men that delivered and installed our washing machine did a very good job. They were courteous, knowledgeable and wore masks the entire time they were here. It was great not having to worry about the old washing machine, as they took it away with them.

I ordered a Maytag washing machine and had the installers also remove the old washer and they were excellent!! I just had my basement finished 2 weeks ago and the deliverymen were cautious not to scratch the walls or flooring, the installation was quick and the entire operation lasted only about 15 minutes. HIGHLY RECCOMMENDED!!!

Very happy with the quality of service provided by BestBuy and the Geek Squad. Arrived on time, removed old washer/dryer, cleaned up the empty space and installed new units. Performed all hookups and demonstrated features of the product. Clean, neat and professional. They left the space as they found it but with new appliances.

OUTSTANDING! They had to install on the second floor of our home which is not easy. Not one mark on any wall or floor. They were on time and very courteous. During installatin they explained everythig the used and why. They then showed how the optios on the machine worked and how to connect our phones in case we needed help with an error or just seeing how the machine works and communicates with the dryer. We could not be more pleased.

Although the Installation of the Washing Machine was good, the Installer Technician were NOT wearing Mask. But they are polite and professional.

I toyed with picking my new Insignia washer up at the store, then realized I had no way to get it to the basement, much less hook it up. The two guys that delivered it were fast, polite and so efficient. They brought it in, hooked it up and ran it through a full cycle so I could observe the operations. Kudos to my crew and thanks BB!

Bought matching washer and dryer, and had old taken away. They came at the beginning of a 4-hour time window. And was very efficient at removing my old washer and dryer. They gave me time to clean the area before installing the new units. They got everything hooked up, but when bringing in the new units ended up leaving big rubber scuff marks on the floor. They didn't have anything to remove the marks, so I ended up later using a tennis ball and a microfiber towel but had scrub hard. I also had to ask them if the machines had to be checked for leveling/balance. Only then were they going to test to see if the units ran and ran smoothly (which they did). Overall they were nice, and did a job that I couldn't do, but only had a few delivers that day and wish they would have slowed down a minute or two. I was torn between giving three or four stars, but average seems appropriate.

The installers were very fast and overall very good. They got my machines installed quickly and undamaged. And that in itself is a feat, because my laundry room is tight quarters. My 1 knock would be they were a little too quick and could’ve taken a bit more time in explaining things about the machines.

The crew that delivered and installed my new LG washer/dryer combo were gentlemen from introduction to installation completion. They made sure there were no leaks in the washer hook-up and that the Steam function on the dryer work as advertised. They answered all my questions, made sure I was refunded whatever items charged at purchase they did not use, and made sure the area was free of the debris from the packaging.

Friendly knowledgeable and fast. They explained everything to me as well as running the first cycle. they cleaned up when they were finished, asked if I had any questions, thanked me and said to call if I had any problems or concerns.

The father and son team who installed my washer were great. They were very careful moving the old and new appliances, and cleaned the area under and behind the new washer. They made sure the washer was working before they left.

These two guys were the absolute best. Had the new washer hauled in and installed in no time. I really appreciated the fact that they saw that my old hoses were in good shape and could be reused so I could return the new ones I bought with the washer. So worth it to just have it installed and working properly.

Timely and smooth installation. We had a problem with the initial delivery/install but it was rectified in minutes over the phone. The installers were professional and very accommodating when they entered my home.

I paid to have the washer installed. The two guys were very nice and listened to me. Because of a few things, they went above and beyond just a basic installation.

Best Buy does a good job keeping you informed of the status of the delivery truck and the delivery time. The installers carried the machine in on straps so there was no hand truck operating in our house. The installers were quick and professional.
