The installer were friendly and did their work quickly. Washer was on a pedestal and in tight space. Delivery person climbed over top of wash to get out of back of washer. Not ideal. They should not be climbing the appliance with moving hardware around neck.

The two young men who installed our new washing machine were very professional, experienced, and pleasant. They were neat, efficient, and quick, and were in and out in about 30 minutes. They unpacked and installed the machine in about 15 minutes, working well together. They also showed us the main features of our machine, and turned it on to verify that it worked well and was balanced. There was a slight delay in their arrival, but they contacted us a couple of times to keep us apprised of the situation and the projected time of arrival. We are very pleased with them and highly recommend them. On a separate note, we were not so happy to have to wait almost a month after our purchase to get our washing machine that we were told was in stock. We purchased it on August 29, were told that the earliest possible delivery date was 10 days later, then were contacted the day before delivery to be notified that there was a delay and that the next earliest delivery date available was September 23. This has no bearing on the excellence and professionalism of the team that did our installation, but will be a factor when we make future purchases.

Timely and smooth installation. We had a problem with the initial delivery/install but it was rectified in minutes over the phone. The installers were professional and very accommodating when they entered my home.

The installation went smoothly - they showed up when they said they would, great communications, smooth installation without problems. Removed my old washer and installed the new one in no time. Showed me the basics of operations and gave me the booklet. Can't ask for more then that!

The father and son team who installed my washer were great. They were very careful moving the old and new appliances, and cleaned the area under and behind the new washer. They made sure the washer was working before they left.

Friendly knowledgeable and fast. They explained everything to me as well as running the first cycle. they cleaned up when they were finished, asked if I had any questions, thanked me and said to call if I had any problems or concerns.

The installation went great. The guys were fast and did a good job. Overall happy with everything.

Best Buy does a good job keeping you informed of the status of the delivery truck and the delivery time. The installers carried the machine in on straps so there was no hand truck operating in our house. The installers were quick and professional.

I ordered a Maytag washing machine and had the installers also remove the old washer and they were excellent!! I just had my basement finished 2 weeks ago and the deliverymen were cautious not to scratch the walls or flooring, the installation was quick and the entire operation lasted only about 15 minutes. HIGHLY RECCOMMENDED!!!

Very happy with the quality of service provided by BestBuy and the Geek Squad. Arrived on time, removed old washer/dryer, cleaned up the empty space and installed new units. Performed all hookups and demonstrated features of the product. Clean, neat and professional. They left the space as they found it but with new appliances.

Delivery was right on time. Men who delivered washer were knowable ,friendly. They did test wash to show us how everything worked. Answered all our questions. They made us feel very special. BestBuy is very lucky to have then working for them.
