The two men that delivered and installed our washing machine did a very good job. They were courteous, knowledgeable and wore masks the entire time they were here. It was great not having to worry about the old washing machine, as they took it away with them.

I toyed with picking my new Insignia washer up at the store, then realized I had no way to get it to the basement, much less hook it up. The two guys that delivered it were fast, polite and so efficient. They brought it in, hooked it up and ran it through a full cycle so I could observe the operations. Kudos to my crew and thanks BB!

They were very simply the best I have seen. They arrived on time and installed the washer very quickly and efficiently. These guys knew what they were doing and were careful to take care of all the details.

These two guys were the absolute best. Had the new washer hauled in and installed in no time. I really appreciated the fact that they saw that my old hoses were in good shape and could be reused so I could return the new ones I bought with the washer. So worth it to just have it installed and working properly.

OUTSTANDING! They had to install on the second floor of our home which is not easy. Not one mark on any wall or floor. They were on time and very courteous. During installatin they explained everythig the used and why. They then showed how the optios on the machine worked and how to connect our phones in case we needed help with an error or just seeing how the machine works and communicates with the dryer. We could not be more pleased.

Outstanding installer! He had to remove the dryer to install the washing machine. He knew exactly how to make the switch quickly and effortlessly, and then hook up the appliances again. No leaks, no glitches, ho hitches... The installer was very service oriented and is a credit to his employer!

Bought matching washer and dryer, and had old taken away. They came at the beginning of a 4-hour time window. And was very efficient at removing my old washer and dryer. They gave me time to clean the area before installing the new units. They got everything hooked up, but when bringing in the new units ended up leaving big rubber scuff marks on the floor. They didn't have anything to remove the marks, so I ended up later using a tennis ball and a microfiber towel but had scrub hard. I also had to ask them if the machines had to be checked for leveling/balance. Only then were they going to test to see if the units ran and ran smoothly (which they did). Overall they were nice, and did a job that I couldn't do, but only had a few delivers that day and wish they would have slowed down a minute or two. I was torn between giving three or four stars, but average seems appropriate.

The installers were very fast and overall very good. They got my machines installed quickly and undamaged. And that in itself is a feat, because my laundry room is tight quarters. My 1 knock would be they were a little too quick and could’ve taken a bit more time in explaining things about the machines.

The crew that delivered and installed my new LG washer/dryer combo were gentlemen from introduction to installation completion. They made sure there were no leaks in the washer hook-up and that the Steam function on the dryer work as advertised. They answered all my questions, made sure I was refunded whatever items charged at purchase they did not use, and made sure the area was free of the debris from the packaging.

The install team was excellent- quick, courteous, and thorough. The unit works wonderfully- which is good because the team that installed a similar unit a couple weeks earlier had left in 2 of the shipping bolts and the unit was destroyed. THIS team, however, (delivered on 12/14) was excellent!

They were absolutely fantastic ! They did a great job and fast. Checked everything out.

They installed my new washer quickly and correctly, demoed it as well for me. Friendly too.

Evan did a great job! He explained how he was fixing the drainage tubing so that it wouldn't get out of the drainage pipes over time. We have laundry shelves over the washer & dryer for storage of supplies, etc so he couldn't do it the usual way. I was disappointed to find out that if we'd been able to complete our purchase in the store, we wouldn't have had to buy the fill hoses ($35 + tax!). Unfortunately we didn't know that and were unable to get anyone at the store to help us complete our purchase. We had just replaced our hoses less than 3 years ago when we bought our last washer which was a Maytag. (TL:DR- Maytags are total TRASH! Don't buy them. The company makes crappy products & doesn't stand by their work.) We would not have bought hoses yet except that online, it was required to be able to get installation.

Prompt, fast, zero complaints. I will definitely use the installation services again in the future.

The technicians were professional and competent. They installed the appliances in a timely fashion

We did our pre-install preparation to make the installation easier for them and us. They hooked up the lines and checked them for leaks and started the washer to make sure it worked before leaving.

Did a nice job installing, but left without balancing on all 4 sides and in the back there is no leg on one side so it rocks
