Install was a breeze on time and very professional

Washer delivered on time and the installers were professional and friendly. The install was done with professionalism and efficiency. Couldn't be happier.

The servicemen that delivered and installed our new washing machine were extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The installation was flawless and they gave us very good information on the open of our machine.

The delivery & installation was quick - maybe 20 minutes total & the guys were in with the washer & dryer, had it installed & were back out. The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars is because of the inappropriate comment one of the installers made when trying to "sell" me the protection plan.

Crew did an amazing job no issues due to install. Products working great! Crew was careful when maneuvering washer and dryer in to laundry room.

The installers are fast. They come right in time for when your appointment is set and get right to work when they arrive. They take good care of your item when they are unloading and place it however you like. You call the shots. Beat of all, they can answer all your questions regarding the washer. They let the washer cycle one time so you know it’s working properly.

The team has been complete the installation oerfe on time and with no issue or/ and damage.

The delivery team installed the new washer and removed the defective one on January 9. The team did excellent job putting everything in the right place and explained how to use the new equipment. They fixed all what previous delivery team didn't finish- they secured the dryer and Pedestal and Pedestal washer and the big washer with the screws. I am very pleased with this service. Delivery and installation experience was great ... the team was polite, efficient, and thorough. They answered all our questions and helped provide advice regarding items that were not scheduled for the same day (haul away). Washer and Dryer worked great after they left!

The gentlemen that came to install were amazing. They installed my washing machine and were careful to not scratch anything since it was just enough space where the machine was going.

The delivery man pulled the old one out and installed the new one with new cables...they were very professional in removing and hooking up the new washer...after the installation the delivery man explained how everything worked a and also did a demonstration of how the water temp and different washing options worked.

The delivery person is responsible and handle the new and old ones well.

My laundry room is very small and as expected they had a tough time with it. But were very polite and efficient.

These gentlemen were great. They carefully navigated my narrow street, watching all the kids who were playing. The total time was less than 25 minutes. They removed the old machine, patiently waited while I cleaned the floor, installed the new machine, gave me a quick intro and ran a wash cycle. They were responsible and polite. Two very professional young men brought the washer into the house with great care. They continued to impress with the tools they used to make sure that the floor, walls, and the washer were not hurt. They efficiently hooked up the machine and demonstrated its features.

I must give a special thanks to Marvin, the consummate professional who installed our new washing machine. He did so masterfully, especially given that the laundry area in our condo is very awkwardly shaped. His professionalism was a breath of fresh air in this stuffy world.
