The installers removed our old washer & dryer from our 2nd floor utility room. Then installed our new washer & dryer, made all connections, tested to make sure no water lines were leaking. Total time was about 15 minutes, start to finish, very professional!

The installers were very professional. I received a call 20 mins before they were scheduled to arrive, which was at the bringing go the two hour window provided the day before. They were very careful while moving the washer, to prevent any damage to the walls and doorways. After installing the washer, they tested it to confirm it was working and cleaned up after themselves.

The washer came in perfect condition. The 2 young men who took the old washer out , and the young man who installed the new washer were polite and helpful, and had me start a wash before they left. They came on time, and were done in about 45 minutes.
