Same thumbs up to the guys who came and installed the washer, very quickly and make sure there were no issues before they left, we're very professional and asked me if I had any questions.

Installation went well. I was kept informed about when installers would arrive. Maybe end of day, cause installer forgot to provide manuals and were about to leave until I inquired about the manuals

The guys that delivered my washing machine were great. They did a professional job of installing my machine making sure it was level, hooking up the water hoses and checking for leaks, and running the machine to ensure proper operation. Would recommend letting them install your products for you if you're not able to do it yourself.

The installation department called us the night before to give us a ballpark in arrival time. The day of appointment they let us know they were on their way. When they arrived they were courteous and professional. They hauled away our old washer machine and installed the new washer fast and efficient. It was seamless. The installers for my washer and dryer arrived on time and went right to work. They installed the new hoses and vents in record time and even pointed out a small leak in my water source that I was able to have my plumber repair that afternoon. The entire installation took less than an hour. The tech also went through the operations of both washer and dryer and started them on a test run.

The first set of guys that delivered the washer did a great job putting it into the garage but not installing it. The second guys that came and installed that we’re kind courteous knowledgeable and ran through every detail about the new washer with me did not rush me and took time and answered all my questions.

Polite, on time, and no scratches, scrapes, dents to my washing machine. He threw out the drain pipe stabilizer that came with the washer which i had to ask LG to send another. He threw out the shipping bolts which i will need if i move and want to take the washer with me. I saw installer throwing out the rubber water hoses that came with the washer so I retrieved them telling him i wanted them, as spares having installed new stainless steel hoses. He didn’t level the washer until i asked him to. He put the drain hose deeply (about 2 feet or more) down the drain in the wall when it is only supposed to be about 6 inches deep to prevent siphonage. He was pleasant to work with and was careful to not drop or dent machine but wasn’t following manufacturer instructions for installation.
