The work was done fast and efficiently. The installer actually moved the position of the new units to make it as efficient as possible.

Delivery and installation went quick and fast, here and gone within 25 minutes. On side bar very frustrated that was given a window 12 noon -4pm and had to call customer service 3x to see if coming. Finally showed up 8:30pm.

Installation overall was excellent. However, the installers did not tighten the lock nuts on the feet so after a couple loads the washer feet unscrewed and the washer moved considerably. One call to Best Buy and they came out immediately and properly locked the feet on both the washer and dryer.

Install went ok, machine was not totally level. Easy enough to fix.

The guys were VERY helpful i was about to have back surgery and i couldn't move the old washer out and they had no problem moving it out for me. They hooked it up and ran a short wash if you will to make sure it didn't leak or any problems, thank you so much for all your help. I would recommend Best Buy over Lowes any day (and i have) due to the fact that Lowes hardly ever has anything in stock, and they pre sale so it might take 3 months to get what you want. And Best Buy usually only takes 1 week if they dont have it in stock!

Installed well and quickly. Delivery, install and haul away each costs separately.

The washing machine was excellent. The service to install it was painless, took him 30 minutes to get it off the truck and installed.

The installers were great and did not damage our machine bringing it into the house or installing. It took them a while to figure out how to turn on the machine to do a test as required.

The guys were great delivering and installing all the necessary items for our new GE Profile washer and dryer. The laundry room is on the 3rd story and they did a great job setting everything up.

Washer installation very satisfactory- BUT my current plea for help with my refrig is VERY dissatisfactory. Ice maker broken / unit building up ice-- I have Total Tech but hear you have no refrig person? Is this MY fault?
