I really appreciated having the best buy crew install the washer and dryer that I purchased. They ran into a few snags that I would not have been able to take care of on my own....but they did it all with a smile. They were personable and cleaned up after themselves....Good job guys

Installation of washing machine was perfect and performed quickly.

I've used Best Buy for all my purchases that requires installation. They were on time, friendly, professional & always carried extra items that you may have forgotten to make the install go smooth. Overall I was very pleased with how quickly they removed the old appliances & how professional the new washer & dryer were installed. Thanks Best Buy for the great service.

They did a great jon installing the washer. They adjusted the feet to be sure it was level so loads would be balanced and the washer would function perfectly before leaving.

I probably could’ve done it myself but it was great to not have to worry about it and know it’s being done right, also was done pretty quick

The team showed up on time and removed our old washer and installed the new washer. They checked the operation of the new washer to make sure that it worked properly. They removed all packing materials and were finished in about 20 minutes. They were a very professional crew.

Installation was fast, efficient and the lead guy walked me through how to work the washer when it was done. They would have uninstalled my old washer if I hadn't done it earlier - that was the only improvement they could do on their website; explain that this was included! Otherwise a good experience.

The movers/installers were very respectful and helpful. After removing our old machine, they gave us time to tidy up the space, then put in the new one. The whole process took minutes. Then they briefly went over the operation and ran the first cycle to clean the machine. We are very satisfied with their work.

Have to say, it took 40 days to get this done. No Joke. But after one absolute jerk finally got taken off the job, a marvelous technician came and did the install with grace and expertise.

Very quick, they arrived earlier than i actually expected. Very fast to unload, unpack, and install washer as i have physical limitations. Very professional install. Explained to my wife the controls and how to use it. They even ran it to test it for my wife.

The crew arrived within the scheduled 6-hour time window. I got a text 5 minutes before they arrived to let me know they were on the way. They removed the old machine (I had already unhooked it) and got the new machine in place, did the hook-ups, and started it up to verify it would run. All told, took about 15 minutes and they out the door, so it was good that they were in and out quickly. I didn't get a product demo from them - I was just handed the owner's manual and was basically okay with that since I've used a different brand washer/dryer combo before. After they'd left, I read through the manual and noticed a few things that they neglected to do. There was supposed to be a U-shaped hose guide for the hose above the standpipe, but no hose guide was installed or left behind for me. No zip-tie was used to keep the hose from possibly coming free from the standpipe during operation. The hose was simply pushed about a foot down into the pipe, though the manual suggests 4-7 inches to prevent possible siphoning. They apparently didn't level the machine, or at least not well. I checked and it was slightly off, so I leveled it myself (not that easy in a small space by yourself). Not showstoppers, but far from excellent service. Best Buy claims their installation service follows various safety measures, but this was not entirely true in my case. I didn't receive a 5-point safety call the day before or on the day of installation. No 5-point safety review from the crew when they arrived. The crew that installed my washing/dryer wore masks, except one of the guys didn't keep his nose covered half the time. No gloves were worn. There was no cleaning/disinfecting of touched surfaces when they were were done. I also had to sign a tablet with my finger to acknowledge I received the machine before they left (I had the impression beforehand that I wouldn't have to sign or touch anything). Installation was free (you get what you pay for?) and haul-away was a good deal at just $25. Nothing was damaged during haul-away and delivery/installation, and the new machine is running fine so far, so at least there's that.

From starting to finish, they really did a great professional job with helpful test and instruction. They answered all the answers and installed it in a matter of 10 min. They were very kind and professional. Highly recommend this crew. Yes.

I like this better than my previous front load washer. It's much easier on the back. I like the agitator because I have little kids who get the clothes pretty dirty and I feel like it does a better job with the agitator. You are supposed to add the soap before you add the clothes and I always forget to add the soap before the clothes. I like the fact that there is a deep wash setting, for towels and blankets that you need to have lots of water in the machine for. I also like that it has a soak option. I keep forgetting to just put the clothes in little piles in the washer rather than wrapping them around the agitator. My clothes have gotten pretty Tangled Up. But I think it's user error. I have done a few loads where I didn't feel like the clothes came out as clean as my other washer. But I think as I'm getting used to it and remembering to put the soap in first and such I have had better success. I've had it for a few weeks now.
