Had Best Buy deliver & install a new washing machine. Got several emails/texts/phone calls to confirm delivery time. Was called 20 minutes before they showed up, as promised. Removed old washer & hoses, installed new washer & hoses all in about 30 minutes. Very professional and friendly. Would certainly recommend!

A problem with our pipes meant the installers had to return after we had had the pipe connection replaced. They did a fine job with the installation.

The installation team (2 guys) arrived on time and completed the installation REALLY fast. I was amazed at how fast it was done. it took longer to unpack it on site than to install it, it was that fast. total time .. less than 20-25 minutes including hauling away my old washer. They were very polite and courteous.

The Geek Squad installation team that delivered my new washer was very professional and did a great job. The washer is in the basement and it is a tight squeeze to get it down the steps. They were so careful, did not let either the new washer or the old one they removed touch anything. They were quick, complete and friendly.
