The Washer Installation was made by Masked Installers!!! Done Professionally and it was with their knowledge, that we were made aware that the drainage pipe required the Service of a Plumber for the Washer to drain properly. On Time and Professional Service!!!

I love the washing machine! The salesperson was wonderful however the installation contractor hooked the machine up incorrectly and it would only use hot water. They had to come back and it works wonderfully!

The installation went fine. They arrived when they said they would and called ahead of time to say they were on the way. They worked very fast and were in and out in no time at all.

Professional installation team that was punctual as well. They were polite, knowledgeable and ensured that the machine worked properly as well as ensuring that I knew how to use. I always recommend Best Buy installation as I have yet to be disappointed.

The guys were great. They made sure my washing machine (MayTag) that was getting replaced worked. They also provide extra information, just in case if I need help again in the future.

Our old dryer 'died'. When shopping for a new one we ran into a little 'sticker shock'. It's been a long time since we shopped washer/dryers and our Samsung washer was working just fine. But when we saw this machine and the matching dryer we couldn't pass them up. Has more options than we will use and does a great job. Very glad we got the set.

We had to replace out Maytag washing machine after only 18 days. The Dubuque team was great from start to finish. They were right on time and were in and out in no time. Very friendly too.

Installer was very sympathetic about our nightmare problem with our old washer from Samsung ( Samsung did not help at ALL and did not help in fixing the problems we had with our original washer) that wasn't even a year old. Came out and replaced with the new one, went over the details with us and made us feel like a valued customer.
