They should install it, but drop it off, bought stacking tools which they forgot also, the service was horrible and the appointment kept being delayed, never again, I have informed my children their wives and husband grands, and everyone that is associated know not to buy anything from there and they already know my experience, also the dish washer had a crack in it, sometimes you just have to count your loses even though you paid good money and work hard for it

Not a good experience. Late delivery (3) hours, damaged to my carpet on the stairs. Washing machine holes was connected wrong and they had to use my tools. Not a professional team at all.

An attached photo is a mini sample of a water flood disaster that we had to deal with thanks to Best Buy. I made sure to ask if they needed any tools and to let us know but they said they have everything. Everything to cause water damage!

It's not really installation when the job isn't finished. It shouldn't take multiple pairs of installers to put 1 washer pedestal under 1 washing machine. One of these dynamic duos actually put the washer on top of the pedestal but failed to use all the brackets and didn't tighten any bolts. Thankfully the machine wasn't used before I discovered their shoddy work. The next pair of installers couldn't finish the installation because the previous pair had taken 2 of the brackets and most of the bolts with them!??? Just a tragic comedy at this point.

After the installation, during the first (and subsequent) run, I'm noticing a pool of water forming out of the bottom of the washer. Seems to be an issue with the setup. I wish we had requested the installation person to stay for the full duration of the first cycle but he insisted he had many other appointments to get to, and we understand life happens so we thanked him and let him go. Guess we need to be more direct with such installations, to prevent such issues! Now I'm stuck cleaning up this puddle Everytime I run the washer.

I wish I could post a zero. Washer was installed incorrectly and flooded my house. Installed as stacked and took 2 tries to get this right first delivery stacking kit was broken. Don’t get a washer and dryer at Best Buy. One of the worst experiences I have had in a long time

I wish I had better news, but my installers were horrible. There was a huge miscommunication and instead of attempting to work through it- they got huffy with us. As if that wasn't bad enough- both my washer and dryer were terribly scratched up and we ended up returning the whole order. I know that not ALL the BB installers are this bad, but we have a choice, and it will never be BB again.

I called and made a complaint about the installation. They used a twist tie instead of the Part which I paid for (seen in the picture circled in RED) The dryer vent should have come outside, they did not try, was crushed, and not clamped correctly as well as the gas line. I had to fix it correctly myself. I called to complain, left a message with the individual, never heard back. Why pay for Install?

DECLINED TO INSTALL DUE TO CORRODED HOSE CONNECTION. THEY ARRIVED LATE & SEEMED TO WANT TO BE DONE FOR THE DAY. I'LL LET YOU ALL BE THE JUDGES. PHOTO BEFORE & AFTER I PERSONALLY INSTALLED MACHINE & HOSES!

Nothing connected. I even disconnected the old washer and dryer... they said they didn’t want to take responsibility. When questioned on what they would not elaborate.

Poor. Wager is out of balance. Called for service. Repairman said it needs to be replace and would submit paperwork. Crickets.

The actual install was great but the washing machine got scratched either during install or delivery and the machines were not cleaned before the installers left

Delivered with the dint and scratch, the washer was not leveled up, old water hoses were not replaced with the new ones from the paid kit.

They didn’t tell me that the products would be installed in a matter that I couldn’t access both at the same time, because the doors from washer and dryer open to the same side

can i give this less than a star ? the installers showed up as scheduled, complained about having to work that day, ran a test cycle with all the accessories in the washer, incl, the sample packs of det and rinse, the owners manual, zip ties , twist ties and pieces of tape. I didnt expect royal treatment, but I did expect to be able to at least read the owners manual.The washer works as is supposed to, super noisy tho

The guy that installed my washer, dryer, and refrigerator doesn't know anything about his jobs. He did the worse job ever. he didn't connect the water line to my refrigerator. didn't connect the outline for the dryer. didn't take the shipping bolts from my washer. I'm ended up doing everything myself. I'm not a professional but clearly, I know better than him. I mean how come a professional doing bad jobs like that. not very happy with bestbuy service.

The delivery guys were very polite wonderful guys but he didn't connect the water properly. Also He kind of bought kind of acting like they weren't supposed to install the unit are doing anything extra when I had paid a $199 for this extra warranties and them installing things in yadiyada but we got that straight out right away.

The installers installed the hot and cold water lines incorrectly. Hot to the cold and cold to the hot intake of the washing machine. We were washing our clothes for two weeks or so with hot water and ruining them before we noticed the temperature of the clothes when opening the door to unload the machine.

The product is great, but the install experience not so much. Installers are not taking accountability of making a big scratch on my stairway wall...of a brand new built house. How cool *sarcasm...the vendor made no effort to fix or do right by it

The installation team was friendly and prompt, but when my gas dryer was installed weeks later the plumbers said it was not installed to code per the Massachusetts Uniform State Plumbing Code: 248 CMR 10.14.4 B (prevent water hammer). The plumbers charged me an additional $100 on the spot to bring the washer up to code, also refusing to install the gas dryer if I did not pay immediately because they could be liable for not fixing.
