The third-party installers who did my stackable washer and dryer scratched up my appliance bringing it to my condo. They scratched up my hardwoods and did not remove the bolts off the back of the appliance which caused it to shake and vibrate. It took me a while to figure out why it was rocking and shaking loudly. I suggest using Geek Squad installers only.

After the installation of my new washer, the installer reviewed details about it with me. As I inspected the hook-up behind the washer, I found a mess of coiled up water lines. The lines should have been uncoiled before being connected to the water faucets. I asked the installer to undo the lines, uncoil them so they weren't bunched up, and reconnect them. The installer refused to do that for me. That is the reason for the poor rating. See attached picture.

The delivery crew showed up like it was a NASCAR pit-stop. My new washing machine was treated like a crash test dummy by the delivery crew. I tried being very polite and civil, but they complained about how many stops they had to make and how far apart the deliveries were. They tossed the instruction manual on the machine and basically said, "Good luck." I had to readjust the washing machine and inspect the hoses because of their "dump and run" delivery.

I discovered a leak that I thought was coming from the pipes in the wall behind the washing machine. A contractor discovered that the leak was actually coming from the newly installed drain pipe. See the attached pictures from the water damage. The water actually was leaking inside the house from the drain pipe to the floor and through the wall. This LG washer and dryer was just installed in December and the pedastools were installed in January.

The washer was delivered but never installed. I called bestbuy and visited the store. An additional appointment was scheduled for yesterday...1pm to 4pm. No show. Called the store and was told that the team was running 90 minutes behind. No show. Called back and was transferred to various extensions. Horrible customer service! The app makes you give at least a one star review. However, it deserves no stars what so ever.

ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Installers were very unprofessional, don't come anywhere close to being COVID conscience like the recording the night before may lead you to believe, and they do a horrible installation. They don't work clean, and they'll leave their trash in the street in front of your house.

After installing my brand new washing machine, the installers ran a quick cycle. They then called me over to let me know they were done and left. What they didn't do was take any of the paperwork out of the washer before running the cycle. It was like a paper mâché exploded in there.

The washer was installed but not the dryer because the salesperson did not order a stacking kit. Long story, but the dryer is still sitting in my living room not installed. Best Buy has been impossible to work with. I’m upset because we have visitors and the big uninstalled dryer does not fit well in my living room. I just want it installed now!! Help!!

The worst installers possible. I had to finish a lot of work they did not do. Had to change the dryer door from left side open to right side. Had to trim the alum duct vent by almost 2 ft to the correct size. One installer did not wear a mask the entire time he was in my building. Left attached papers and tags on machine. Plus other bad and incomplete work.

Team seemed more interested in getting job over quickly rather than done right. Did not install drain hose, plugs to fill shipping bolt holes, did not level washer, brought too short of a gas hose, did not leave shipping bolts and leveling wrench as installation guide requires. Overall, not good installation. Not installing drain hose could have caused significant damage is I had not discovered it in time. The picture shows grey drain hose still attached to washer after they left.

I have never had such poor service the delivery people did not want to hook anything up and kept saying we had everything wrong and we certainly didn’t. Because ultimately they did hook it up but so sloppy and we have to redo it

The company that did the installation are incompetent, unprofessional, untrustworthy scam artists. They caused thousands of dollars worth of damage due to improper installation and then when I file a claim they denied that they did the install. Can not believe the ethics of this company. Best Buy should be ashamed to be associated with them. Will never purchase another item through Best Buy again due to the handling of this!

Service guy/delivery guys not very professional. I had to move the washer myself, and they asked if I had tie straps to help with insulation.

Horribly installation no consideration to wear a mask if he knew he was sick…… didn’t even use the right connector and it smelled like gas for 2 days so the gas company came out to see and tag it and said that it was a bad installation

Missing the drain hose the delivered day 3/2/24. Today is the date Saturday 3/23/2024 and they haven't come to bring the hose and install it. I am really disappointed

The delivery drivers was ruff getting my washer off the truck. As they installed it, one was on the phone speaking spanish to a woman who as really loud. The other guy was asking for a good review and the guy started my washer with the information inside. My washer and sink was full of paper!

Second washer, as my first set was damaged twice upon delivery attempt then back ordered. This one is now dented due to delivery personal who also did not instal correctly. They also damaged my front door while delivering.

The first installers (Jose) lied about an issue with the valves at my house, I had to call a plumber and was told everything was in excellent condition ready for installation. The appliances were not installed the first time and I had to wait another week for another installers to tell me the first installers were lazy because no issue was found with the valves.

My washer got delivered but not installed. They said the faucets needed to be replaced. I wish I would have known this before the delivery was scheduled. The washer also had dents that weren’t there when I purchased the item. Poor service and communication.

The first group didn’t even hook up my washer properly! They didn’t attach the drain hose at all so water would have flooded my laundry room if I had not noticed. They were also high when they showed up. Not exaggerating that my doorway reeked when they walked in the front door. They also scratched our floor.
