The install was perfect! The line installed allowed the dryer to running more efficiently and the customer service was amazing!

We had some gentleman come and install for us a washer and dryer took them about 3-5 min they were in and out and very professional

Two workers brought my washer and dryer hooked them up in no time clean and professionally keep up the good work

They arrived on time. It was raining at delivery time and the two men were very careful to wipe their feet before entering our house. They quickly removed the old machine and promptly installed the new one. They took off all wrapping materials, tested the machine, gave us a quick tutorial and then left with the old machine and packing materials. Best Buy should be very proud of these two employees.

Mediocre service. The first time the crew came, we were told to fix the corrosion. We did. 3 days later, a different crew came to install the washer and dryer. They didn’t test anything. They hooked the cold to hot, and hot to cold. They didn’t check to see if it was level. I threw in a load of rags on COLD, and it was washed on SCALDING HOT. Good thing it wasn’t a regular load, as it would have ruined my clothes. I only use cold to wash everything. My husband swapped the hoses. I noticed the machines were not aligned on their bases. So, yet another appointment needed to be made, another 4 days later. Again, a technician came out, leveled the washer, and explained to my husband that the clips needed screws for the washer to secure it. So, I went to the store, ordered the screws, only to get clamps without screws delivered. So, we went back to the store, and the manager gave us screws. Now, I made another appointment for service to get the screws installed . The person told us that only GE washers need screws, that LG doesn’t.

quick, easy, polite, and helpful .................

When we had our LG sidekick installed, the first crew came in to install the unit. Since we live in California and we've had a severe drought, we have a grey water system that collects all of our water from our washer and stores it in a tank that we can use to water our gardens and plants. I told the guy to "just install the unit and put the drain hose in the sink next to the machine. I will have my plumber come and install the drain hose to the grey water system later. When I came back to check on them...the installed the sidekick, but did not attach any of the hoses, or test the unit and they left the old pedestal in the middle of my kitchen! I was very upset. Went back to Best Buy and my salesperson was also upset. Told me not to worry and she would take care of it. Later that day I got a call from the Corporate Office and they apologized for the problem, said they would have a different crew come out tomorrow and said to call them back to make sure I was satisfied with the installation. The next day the second crew arrived on-time, did the installation the way I had requested it the first time and was very apologetic. I told them not to apologize for someone else's bad work and thanked them again. I call the Corporate office back that afternoon and they thank me for being patient and for my trouble they were sending me a $75 gift card in the mail which I got last week. Best Buy truly is top notch on Customer service.

My laundry closet makes attaching the hoses and cords a bit challenging, water valves and outlets are a few feet away from the access panel, so you need a long reach. These guys did a great job installing my washer despite the challenging location

Knowledgeable and professional installation. They recognized an outdated plug for dryer, so credited us back for the dryer installation until we got the plug in replaced, then we just plugged it in. Kept us from losing our warranty and possibly having a fire.

This washer is very convenient due to the two washers (upper/lower). The lower for larger loads and the upper is very useful especially with little ones, I often use the upper washer if they have a spill of food and their clothes gets dirty . Or if I just don’t have that big of a load I use the top one. The lower washer is also very nice and large. I also like the steam/sanitize option especially during this pandemic it is nice to be able to sanitize our clothes. Overall a great washer the only downside was the wait to get a fully functioning washer which was about 2 months from in store purchase and 2 attempted deliveries.

I love the look and make. I've always stood by GE Appliances for years, raising my family. I have to admit this washer was a bad choice fo me. I have always do my own dry cleaning garments, with a few exceptions. The settings on this washer just ruins the process. I have tried so many setting. I pride myself in trying new technology. This one doesn't work for me. I have never had to iron my dress clothes before. This is exactly what I am doing today. Not at all happy with my washer. I have waited to long to return it.

Outside delivery and set up company. Two guys were courteous and efficient. Got it done quickly. Took old washer out and installed new one in tight space. I wish the delivery scheduling intervals were two hours instead of four hours. They came at the very end of the four hours.

Installer was wonderful He was very polite and did a wonderful job. He was very fast and very friendly.

Installers were great. They were friendly, knew what they were doing and they were quick.

Fantastic service that I highly recommend! Professional delivery and full installation by knowledgeable professionals. Very friendly and very thorough in explaining everything. I felt extremely secure knowing that the new machine was installed properly and appreciated the overview of features and use. Great communication via text and ohone call leading up to installation which I appreciated. Also, removed my old machines at time of install, making this a smooth and successful process.
