Epic installation very professsional they came in and out really fast

Excellent installation of washer and connecting hose.

The two men who installed our new washing machine were very fast and efficient. They did not mess around but got the installation done and left. My only suggestion as that it would be nice if at least one of them would have been a little more sociable since they are coming into our home as unknown individuals.

We were concerned as the only option for bring in the appliance was thru the front door and down two long hallways. We live on the side of a mountain so the driveway is a real nightmare for deliveries. These two, Jr. and Mediro used slings to bring the machines up the drive thru the hallways keeping our gorgeous walls and floors unscathed. Treated us with the upmost respect for our home

Very please how professional and knowledgeable the delivery professional was. I am very happy. I can throw like 2 loads of towels in one load with the high capacity wash drum.

Service was small in terms of what was necessary but was efficient and if you don't have plans of doing this yourself (wouldn't that be fun?) then I would recommend getting the service as well. One time experience so far but it was great.

I am happy with the performance of the washer. It has a lot of selections so I can get all my laundry done how I want it. It has a huge tub so the clothes and water cirrulate well. The only drawback is that I am short so I have to use a step stool to remove the clothes from the bottom of the tub....a small price to pay for clean clothes

They were very simply the best I have seen. They arrived on time and installed the washer very quickly and efficiently. These guys knew what they were doing and were careful to take care of all the details.

Evan did a great job! He explained how he was fixing the drainage tubing so that it wouldn't get out of the drainage pipes over time. We have laundry shelves over the washer & dryer for storage of supplies, etc so he couldn't do it the usual way. I was disappointed to find out that if we'd been able to complete our purchase in the store, we wouldn't have had to buy the fill hoses ($35 + tax!). Unfortunately we didn't know that and were unable to get anyone at the store to help us complete our purchase. We had just replaced our hoses less than 3 years ago when we bought our last washer which was a Maytag. (TL:DR- Maytags are total TRASH! Don't buy them. The company makes crappy products & doesn't stand by their work.) We would not have bought hoses yet except that online, it was required to be able to get installation.

The installers were great. They did a fantastic job and were very polite and professional.

We were told our washer would be delivered between 9am-noon. As soon as the service men realized they were going to be outside that window they called to update us on their new delivery time and kept in contact with us to give us updates on their arrival time. Their instructions on how to use the washer were thorough without being overwhelming. As soon as they left I popped a load in and followed their instructions. EASY!

The installation was fast and simple, they got the job done quick and were nice enough the only problem is that they didn’t ask me where I would like what, and so the washer is in front of the dryer spot and the washer is in front of the dryer spot, it doesn’t affect much but it does bother me.

I was well informed on delivery schedule, which included the exact day and time. Installation was very professional!! The original purchase did not work properly, but the exchange was seamless. Original delivery was on 04/06/2021. Second delivery was set up for 04/14/2021. A little inconvenience, but we got through it.

The Geek squad agents did an amazing job in the installation. They were fast and did a good job.
