The installation team was absolutely top notch...they were on time, totally professional and careful bringing the machines in/out, and helped walk through use of machines. Can't say enough about them going the extra mile to install in a very tight space and thought outside the box when faced with a slightly unusual space.

Two teams came to my house, both of them excellent! First team brought the washer and before installing it told us that the washer pan we had was not going to work. They explain why is was not going to work and also which would be the best pan, etc. We asked them a lot of questions and they answered all of them. We decided to go with not installing that day and call back once we had a new pan. 10 days later we called to scheduled a new team to come, they as well came in on time and installed the washer to perfection. We live in a newly constructed house, and the plug was very hard. They tried several times and asked my husband as well to try. They didn’t want to break it by doing to much force. We appreciate a lot how honest they were and how much interested in not ruining our new home. We called the project manager in charge of building the house and fortunately he happened to be near by, the crew waited patiently with us and exactly as they said, the issue was our plug. They project manager softened it and the crew finally got it plugged. They put the washer tp run, explained everything and cleaned after them. Would definitely recommend!

Washer install went perfectly, even though they had a tight fit in the laundry room...they made it look easy. The guys were in and out quickly they replaced the hoses. Very pleased

Product works great and cleans clothes well. Haven't had but a few weeks but so far no complaints. We purchased this machine because we researched Samsung's sets. Found their driers are sh$tbut the washers are supposedly very good. Vice versa with with the whirlpool. So we bought a whirlpool dryer that matches Samsung's. Hope that helps

The install team was punctual and professional. They called about 30 minutes prior to arrival and arrived at the stated time.

the washer itself is fine for the price. A bit louder than I had hoped but not extreme. I like that although its a water efficient one, you can over ride that for larger loads. The first washer that was delivered was dented so I had to wait for a new one. However, the installers could not install it and remove the old washer as they could not remove the old hose from the hot water faucet. I guess it was rusted on (?) and they could not shut off the water supply to switch out hoses. I asked them if I could just shut off the main water valve and they could use the old hoses and they are in great shape, but he said no. That they weren't allowed to do that and that a plumber would have to exchange it out....at the cost of 650.00! so washer is okay, but install not too happy. I would have taken responsibility of switching it out the way I requested.
