The installers were knowledgeable and new what they were doing. I wished Best Buy would never sub-out their deliveries and installations (large appliances ?) to a third parties who tend to be awful and no even close to standards these in-house guys have

The instillation itself went well and he was in and out quickly. However, I recieved several phone calls from the guys asking if they could show up earlier than their scheduled time because I was their last stop. Each time I explained I was driving in from out of town and could not meet them any earlier than I scheduled. About 30 min before my scheduled drop off time I received a phone call stating they were waiting for me and wanted to know why I wasn't there. Needless to say I was not happy. I understand wanting to end your day early, and normally I wouldn't have an issue, but after I explained several times I needed them at my scheduled time; I expect that request to be honored. Like I said, the actual installation was great, the service though, could be a bit better.

We were incredibly impressed with our delivery and set-up of our washer. Our installer took the time to make sure everything was correctly installed and was knowledgeable about the machine and how to handle the plumbing hook ups. It was by far better than what we expected from a big box store.

The service team who installed our washer was absolutely amazing! Friendly and knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend using this service.

The delivery crew did an excellent job installing the washing machine. They were able to smoothly take away the old machine and quickly and smoothly install the new machine.

A little late....but called...got here and "got'er done"! All finished...started was wash then thought they left....came back in 30 minutes to make sure it completed a full cycle. THEY WERE GOING TO DO A NO CLOTHES WASH TEST RUN, BUT I CANCELED IT AND DID A LOAD...One guy went over operating unit...all in all...it was great!

Great experience. The Delivery guys were excellent!! They arrived as promised, did the installation quickly and professionally after removing the old washer and the packaging. Best experience ever.

The washer installation was done by professionally and without any hitches. The guys were friendly and knew what they were doing. Took the time to explain how to use the new machine and made sure we were okay with everything before they left.

Our delivery team and washer installers were amazing, they were very careful and made sure they did not hit walls, doors or scratch floors in our newly remodeled home. Our team did a fantastic install job, showed us how the washer worked and provided excellent customer service.

The washer works very well. I cleans the clothes well and is quiet.

They did a great jon installing the washer. They adjusted the feet to be sure it was level so loads would be balanced and the washer would function perfectly before leaving.

The installation for our washing and dryer was quick and easy! They came in and in as little as 30 minutes they were done and ready to go. They even test the appliances for you to make sure they work and explain how to use them as well.

I could not be more pleased with the geek squad installation. These guys really took the time to make sure the hook things up right and let me know that my dryer and washer were backwards. They took the time to get it right and I really appreciate it! Highly recommend their services
