The washer was delivered on time and installed by the Geek Squad. They are very efficient and explained how the washer works before leaving. We were especially impressed by the care to maintain social distancing and that the installers wore masks at all times

Impressed with the care and expertise of my installation team! My install was perfect and on-time!

Took delivery guy only about 10 minutes to hook the new washer up and set it in place. Even checked level of old dryer next to it for me.

The installation went fine. They arrived when they said they would and called ahead of time to say they were on the way. They worked very fast and were in and out in no time at all.

The guys were great. They made sure my washing machine (MayTag) that was getting replaced worked. They also provide extra information, just in case if I need help again in the future.

Very nice, polite service men. Brought washer in and installed within minutes. No damage to door or walls. The washer is great, fits in smaller space with the height for larger loads. I do recommend using BestBuy and will be buying from them in the future.

The gentleman arrived from the Geek Squad and one individual hopped out, shook my hand, introduced himself and his assistant, then immediately got to work. They were quick and efficient. Before leaving, he urged me to contact them with any issues and made certain that all of my questions were answered.
