The gentleman that installed our washer and dryer was terrific. He took his time, cleaned the gook leftover from the stickers on the machines, and showed me how to use them. He made sure they were perfectly aligned and centered in the space for them.

Purchased a washer and gas dryer, both with warranty and installation as well as removal of old machines. Installers were on time, courteous, and professional. They allowed me time to clean the space after removal of old machines, before new ones were placed. Machines are the best and love the musical tones to alert when the cycles are complete, not the annoying buzz. New machines are so quiet that I almost forget they are working until they "sing". The dimensions were clear and helped to make certain they fit the intended space. Have noticed that laundry is cleaner than with old machines, even though several washings had taken place with old machines. If I could rate higher, I would.

I was a little nervous about some of the reviews I read about a 3rd party delivering my order but the delivery service was great. They hooked up both my washer and dryer, made sure it was level and tested it to make sure it worked. The delivery team was also very professional and removed my old washer and dryer.

They guys you sent out for the install of my washer and dryer we awesome! They called 10/15 minutes prior to arrival. They were friendly. They were fast. They worked well as a team. I was so impressed by the professionalism of both guys!

The same guys who delivered the washer installed it as well. They were punctual, and pleasant. They had all the tools and supplies they needed, and made sure the machine was functioning before they left.

So far, the washer is performing as expected. This washer is a replacement for the original washer that was purchased in June. That one, from the first load, would shake violently and walk around the room with every spin cycle. Best Buy replaced it without any hassle at all. The replacement washer is quiet and does a good job of cleaning regardless of the size of the load and so far, no indication of problems similar to those with the original washer. I would recommend the washer and matching dryer.

My installer was Joan. He is was courteous and respectful to my home. He assessed the area where the machines were going to be placed and quickly went to work. He was in and out and left no mess. Great experience all around.

The delivery people were great! They were quick, efficient, and super friendly. I did have questions about the equipment I had installed, and they were also very knowledgeable.

Best Buy managed to complete the installation effortlessly, even though it was quite challenging. My installation is located on the 3rd floor, and my units are stacked due to limited space. However, I can proudly say that the outcome is exceptional. The install did tske 2 -3 tries but when push comes to shove they did it

They were so quick! My laundry room is upstairs and it took less than an hour for both appliances.

When removing the old dishwasher, we learned that the connection was not up to code (or even wired in safely in a remote sense, having no ground wire attached). The installers took care of everything, getting the permit pulled, and performing the work the day it was promised. It was great that they were prepared with the usual items you might need in such a situation, on their truck, and didn't have to run to the store, delaying the process. Super impressed!

Excellent service. The install company was worried about the age of a fitting and replaced it for free so asnnot to have issues later!

The two installers I had were super professional and got the W/D set installed and the old hauled away in no time. I have had my fair share of appliance installs and this team was the best so far.

Just had our new washing machine installed and the old one hauled away. The new machine is fine, but installation and haul-away were rushed, which caused problems: 1. Installers were careless and left marks and dents in the walls surrounding the stairs they had to negotiate. They said nothing to me about these clearly visible marks. I pointed the damage out to them as they were finishing up, and one of them said something like "yeah, sorry, but the stairs are narrow." Yes, the stairs are narrow, but with a little care the damage could have been avoided. The narrowness of the stairs was not the issue. Trying to rush through the delivery process was the issue. 2. The installers did not level the washing machine. Best Buy's web site clearly states that the installers will level the washing machine, but they didn't. I even asked them twice if they were supposed to level the machine. Both times they said "No, the machine is running. We're finished." They took a couple of photos to prove they delivered and installed the washer (probably required by Best Buy), and then quickly left the scene of the crime, as if they were uninsured drivers who had just been involved in a hit-and-run accident that was their fault. 3. After installing the new machine, the installers started a wash cycle to verify that the machine is working, but they neglected to first remove the accessories and instruction manual that were in the tub. I found these items floating in a tubful of water when I stopped the wash cycle midway to check the water level. This seems like a rookie mistake. Very unprofessional, as if this was their first washing machine installation. 4. The installers left a couple of gouges in our hardwood floors. I didn't notice these until after the installers left, but I was able to trace them back to the laundry area, so I'm pretty sure the installers caused the damage. Conclusion: I want to be sympathetic to the people who do appliance deliveries and installations for a living, so I'm giving my installers the benefit of the doubt. I'm guessing that appliance delivery people are under a lot of pressure to complete as many deliveries as is humanly possible in one day -- hence the emphasis on getting in and out quickly. However, Best Buy should recognize that there's a downside to promising deliveries in short time frames, and customers are not likely to accept fast delivery in lieu of careful delivery and proper installation.

The installation guys were EXCELLENT. They were willing to take off their shoes and worked super fast. They were also kind and friendly.

I want to give a big thumbs up to the two gentlemen who exchanged and installed my washer on the morning of December 9, 2022 (I forget their names). They were very professional during this process, taking care not to bump into any walls or furniture while removing my defective washer, and exchanging it with a new one. They also made sure the floors were clean after the install, which went very smoothly.
