Terrible service! Delivery drivers rude and not professional at all.scratch dryer door.

Washer and dryer install was fast and seamless navigating some very tight pathways.

Florentino and Isaiah arrived right at the start of the time window. They were courteous, professional and personable. The old appliances were taken out fast. They allowed me a quick cleanup of all the socks eaten by the old machine, and installed the new ones in literally in minutes. Florentino appears to be the lead man of the team. Ask for Florentino and Isaiah. Highest of recommendations.

Great washing machine! I work in a commercial kitchen and my old washer was not getting my work clothes clean completely. My dryer died so I decided to get a new set. I hated my old one did not have the agitator so I sprung for this one with the agitator and suddenly the clothes I thought were ruined were like new again which was great considering I wasn't ready to throw away four pairs of Levi jeans. Fully capable of taking on some of the hardest messes I could make. And the washing machine has plenty of room for those giant I'm going to be lazy loads or even my biggest comforters. She's a solid machine for sure

I had Geek Squad install my new washer, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The technicians arrived on time, were polite, and walked me through the entire process before starting. I'd been coddling my old washer for so long, having problems with certain cycles and the knob. What a pleasure to have a new one. It's quiet, efficient, clearly uses less water and probably less energy. The tub is huge. Instead of doing a load each day, i can now go 2-3 days and even then only fill the tub half way. I've done a few pieces of bedding now, and it's great. No more laundromat! I will say, though, I'm 5'3 and have to stand on my tip toes to reach the things on the bottom of the tub when done. So, for short people, you might want to check out a floor model if you're considering it. I may just get a little stool to step up on.

Great experience. Two guys came in and set up my washer. They even showed me how to use it by removing their soiled work clothes and washing them in my new unit. We hung out and chatted over some fresh lemonade until the cycle was done. I was impressed with how clean their clothes were!! They even let me try on their outfits and help with their next delivery. I did like 3 or 4 with them and they decided to hire me on full time. They only paid me in sandwich’s so I quit after the first week. Washer still works great.

The guys who delivered our new washer were nice and informative. They were very quick and did a great job! There was a digital issue that they quickly resolved. Our old washer was very heavy, and they were super polite about it. I highly recommend using this service with Best Buy. We've had about 5 appliances delivered and installed over the last 6 years, plus some relocated/haul awayed. Always a great experience!

Excellent Customer service right from placing order to delivery of the item. I had recently placed an order for delivery of a washer and everything happened within 2-3 days and smoothly. They installed my washer so fast and also helped haul away my old one. They seemed to be knowledgable and experts in their work.

They did an amazing job and did it quickly. The machines work great and are very quiet.

Quick and professional. You can follow their progress on an app for an estimated arrival. They called before they arrived. Two very polite men showed up. One measured all door openings and the other unpacked the washer. The two of them hand carried from the street, across a yard and into the basement down steps within minutes. The guy hooked up the washer, made sure it worked and had us sign for it. The entire experience took 10 minutes, which was impressive.

Installation took about 15 minutes max. If that, maybe less. Guys were quick and efficient to install.

Installer was top notch. Just had purchased my home and had a new washer and dryer purchased from Best Buy. It was raining and the installer took his time to make sure he did track dirt on my new floor did not ding any of my new home doors and he was fast and efficient. He also took the time to inform me how the washer and dryer would work including he did a test cycle run. I was more than pleased, I was thrilled. Excellent hard work on the installers part and he was informative and friendly, I won't hesitate to go to best buy for another purchase,
