The 2 person install team was fairly friendly, but didn’t seem to know that a W/D set is supposed to be adjusted to have the same hight *before* hooking them up. I had to insist they lower the dryer legs to match the washer hight (they tried to tell me this was not commonly done.) This process was unnecessarily complicated as they had already installed both. One installer was turning the plasic legs with a metal plumbing wrench while the other propped it up slightly. This damaged the bases of those little "feet" and I had to order replacements. They installed and leveled the washer fairly well, but didn't work out how to arrange the fill and drainage hoses so they wouldn't bang against the wall and the washer during the spin cycle. I ended up adjusting these myself. It was a little bit involved as they used zip ties. I don't think a customer should have to do this.

Quick and efficient service. Checked to make sure machine was working and made sure we had no questions be for they left. Great experience!

The individuals who delivered and installed my compact washer did an outstanding job. Initially, they had some difficulty pulling my old washer from underneath the counter. The original washer had been there since I had purchased my house. The installers initially thought that one of my gas dryers would have to be disconnected. This would have meant that my delivery and installation would not have been able to be completed. But, one of the installers did an excellent job of determining that the connections which were tethering my old washer could be disconnected by accessing the cabinet underneath the nearby sink. Once the old washer was pulled out, the new machine was quickly installed. Within a few minutes, I was doing my first load of laundry with the new machine!

Took them less than 40 minutes to deliver and finish install. They work great and efficiently. Great price on both pieces.

These guys are professional and take their time with installs. I've had guys previously punch holes in walls and ruin the new equipment, not these guys though! They're top notch. They successfully installed my stacked washer and dryer into a pretty darn tight space.

Both teammates were very professional and were very knowledgeable of the appliances. They removed my old appliances and reinstalled my new in a very timely manner.

Perfect instillation Seems to be working good. Installer was very nice and made sure everything including my older bottom unit was hooked up and working too.

Crew arrived during the window provided and installed the washer and pedestal without any issues. Will def use best buy again for appliances.

The delivery guys were awesome - that is the only reason this is getting five stars. The corporate schedulers made this process a nightmare requiring multiple service appointments with no say in when they would happen, requiring frequent alternate arrangements needing to be made

They installed everything great in a pretty quick along with professional manner, and they explained certain upkeep tricks we should be sure we work on throughout our usage.

Washer arrived earlier than expected. The installers were clean and picked up their mess. There was a hitch after they left where the washer was leaking. Called the Geeks and they sent out another crew that fixed it up that afternoon.

I had 2 installs because the washer had to be returned and both went well.
