Just got my washer and dryer set today! So far I’m liking my purchase. Already spun two lids through each and I’m pleased with the outcome! Definitely a good buy for the price!

I love my Whirlpool washer it has a deep tub I can wash my bedspread and agitator that wash clothes real good I highly recommend whirlpool

Was installed correctly and fast, but a 6in goige was taken out of our wood floor and a foot long or so gash in the wall.

The gentlemen who came to install my appliance did a wonderful job and were quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. I appreciated all they did and how well organized they were.

It had a small dent but I order the replacement and it was so easy to get the new one. Also it was done really quickly

If I could give 0 stars I would. Installers showed up and blocked my neighbor’s driveway. We had cleared our driveway and garage for easy access. When we asked if they could move the truck and either block or use our driveway the installers said it would only be 15 minutes so they weren’t going to move it. Then they removed the old washer and dry and set the new one in place. The installer then said your hardware looks good so we don’t need to replace it so you can return the new hardware. I advised the installer that per Bestbuy the new hardware but be installed. The installer then said what ever and he would install the new hardware if that is what I really wanted. He then said he was done. My wife asked if they would test the machine to see if it leaked or anything. The installer said fine. He removed the drum lock and said there you go. My wife started it turned around and the installers were leaving without checking anything. All the packing material was left on the dryer. This is when I realized the steam kit was never attached because it was still in the dryer. So I looked behind the dryer and realized the exhaust pipe was also not hooked up. This is when I realized I never signed anything sayin I received the equipment or the old equipment was removed. I immediately called the Best Buy number provided in the install email. They were super nice but are telling me they can’t get anyone out to install until the following Tuesday 5 days later.

Installers were very respectful and quick. Install of my stackable washer & dryer took about 20 minutes. 2 man job. They took all the boxes and trash with them.

Best Buy has really stepped up its game with awesome customer service with its delivery service. Very satisfied with that. We had two different delivery crews out and they were all very good. So far we are very happy with our new washer. Love the large capacity and easy to use. The first one was scratched and it has been replaced with no issues.
