The Delivery team was friendly, professional, timely and was able to install quickly. After all of the prior issues in receiving my product and getting it installed I was quite pleased with the service. The installer did test the product and explained feature options.

This was one of the best service/installs that I have had. The washer dryer set was brought in and set up quickly. Basic in and out. Best service and delivery team.

I didn’t get a text the day before, so when they hadn’t arrived 15 minutes before the end of my 4 hour window, I was concerned that I hadn’t signed up for texting or some other issue had arisen. A few minutes before noon they texted to say they were on their way. A notice from the scheduler at the beginning of the day just saying where you are in line would be appreciated. . Once they arrived, the installers were excellent. Efficient and informative.

We had our new appliances installed by Best Buy. They used a 3rd party company to do the install. The two installers were clean and fast. They both knew what they were doing and did an excellent job of installing and removing the old units. It’s great deal to get the TotalTech warranty as this includes the delivery, installation parts, haul away and a 2year warranty.

Delivery installers were very professional and courteous. They were in and out in under 30 minutes.

Delivery and installation is a bit of a luxury for me. I'm a hard worker and have seen lean days. So to "splurge" and have someone else take care of us means I hope they'll do a good job. Indeed, the unit was delivered without a scratch. There was no disruption of our home, and especially the installation was quick and thorough. Lastly, the representatives gave me a great understanding of how to care for (a washing machine in this case) and explained what they did so IF I needed to move it, I would know how to do so safely and protect the machine from breaking. Thank you!

This service saved me the hassle of getting it down a narrow stairway to the basement and hookup.

The team who installed my washer was super fast and professional. They did a great job and were in and out quickly while still training me on the washer.

Excellent service on return product. They brought out and installed new washer hassle free!

Only issue was that not everything was tested during install. The washer would not fill with water for a Cold wash. We were able to figure it out by ourselves by checking that water was indeed flowing from the hot and cold line and found that the hot and cold hoses were connected incorrectly. Switched around the hose connections and all worked fine.

Did a great job. Balanced the washer feet so it doesnt rock and got the washer downstairs with little issue
