    the guys never turned my water line back, so I ended up having to. I then discovered they didnt connect the water line securely which caused water to rush out from behind the washer

    They didn't install the dryer correctly on top of the Washer and this is now an ongoing issue to get someone out here to fix it. Each time someone comes they say they can't fix it. They also state that I need a new stacking kit. This is the worst experience in my life that I have gone through. It seems like no one knows what they are doing. Only the first guys that came and delivered the original washer and dryer knew what they were doing.

    Washing Machine Purchase Experience

    The installation did not happen because the employee arrived without tools. I was upset and frustrated about that and demanded that he leave my home. I contacted best buy regarding a refund and did not receive the proper assistance. I have not been able to use the washing machine since I purchased it.

    The delivery men messed up my machine. He cut the pipe and left the work for maintenance guy. I had to return and get a new machine. I had to go through a lot of trouble. Customer service department dont know what they are doing. Everytime it’s different. There is no consistency. Poor poor poor delivery and installation service. Its a mentally harassment.

    Two who showed up looked for too many reasons not to install our washer and dryer. They unloaded the appliances and left. It took another pair to come and install. these two were angry that the first two did not do the job.

    took two reschedules & two visits to install. I knew they were going to give me excuses when they saw the two stories they had to carry it up. Lol they gave the wrong 3 prong instead of 4.

    First set of guys that came refused to do it. Had to call multiple times waited hrs to get through then was put back on schedule to have second set of guys do job. Horrible experience will never purchase anything this large again.

    Repair man never showed up

    Horrible experience. Repair guy lied and said job was completed. Never showered up and checked off job was complete. I hope corrective action is made against this unprofessional agent.

    Worst experience ever

    If I could give zero stars for this I would. I read the instructions backwards and forwards in advance. I did everything that was stated prior to and day of delivery. The instructions clearly said they would deliver up three flights of stairs. When the delivery men arrived, they said even though it was 3 flights of stairs, that they could not move it he washer and dryer in, and that even though the old units were the same size, they’d never be able to get the old ones out and new ones in. Finally, I offered to tip them each $100, and then suddenly it was possible for them. The next ordeal. They got them up and refused to install the washer. They said I need a plumbed in drip tray because of “liability.” The instructions clearly state that a drip tray is only necessary if required by code. I reviewed my city’s code, and it is not required. So your installers should have installed the unit for me. Instead, I received a call from someone who told me the installers could come back to install it once a drip tray was in place or I could install it myself. Since I cannot wait any longer than I already have to be able to clean my clothes, I installed the washer myself… and it is defective. It makes terrible sounds when the drum spins. Furthermore, the installers didn’t even fully hook up the dryer. They reused all the old connections, even though their instructions clearly say not to. Now I have to try to get them to come out and fix the issue, which I’m sure will be an entirely new ordeal. Not to mention we are now washer-less throughout all of this. Don’t waste your time or money, this is the most unprofessional service ever—apparently it is now incumbent upon consumers to be experts in plumbing and major appliance installation!

    They sold me a washer and now say they can't service it because of county regulations? I've never heard of such a thing. I am a total tech member and was sold on best buy for this reason but now I just feel duped. It literally says my brand and problem on website for services they provide...
