The light was very easy to install. The lights are very bright as well. My only complaint would be not being able to adjust the sensor position or sensitivity. It works well though.

Buyers be aware there are three different versions of this product with minimal packaging differences. Version 1 - Flood light compatible only with the Blink XT2 / XT Version 2 - 3-in-1 flood light compatible with the Blink Outdoor / XT2 / XT Version 3 - Flood light compatible with the Blink Outdoor / XT2 / XT with remote control Best buy doesn't have separate listings for them at the time of this review so it's a blind pull which one you'll receive. Some differences I saw between the three: - V1 (version 1) can be modified to also hold the outdoor version of the Blink cameras. - V2 has less adjustable range of motion than V1 but a more stable mount for the cameras. - The micro USB cable included with the V2 has a backwards notch forcing you to remove the weather seal on back of the blink cameras for it to fit. - V1 has a more focused floodlight beam compared to V2. - V1 and V2 floodlight beams have a non-adjustable color temp of around 7k. They are a much cooler white than in the advertised photos. - V1 and V2's daylight sensor cannot be adjusted. They do NOT work well during sunrise or sunset. - Only V3 can be controlled through the Blink / Alexa apps. Sure these combined along with a Blink camera are half the price of floodlight camera competitors, but they also have less of half the functionality. I don't recommend these unless you can't spend a penny more.

Other than this light allows for the charging of the Blink Camera. I would not go out of my way to purchase this light. Installed as a replacement for regular spot light that is 25 feet above ground. This LED light illuminates about a 1/8 of the area of the old flood blub style spot light. Now if this light is used at a height of 8-10 feet then it probably will light area better and brighter... Also do not like the fact that there is not a adjustable motion sensor on this light.. The solor version has a adjustable sensor. If I did not have to reclimb a ladder .. I would be returning this light to Best Buy!

The motion sensor's location should be under the camera, but it isn't, which makes it harder for it to pick up anyone that is able to sneak under it, which I was able to do. Also, the bracket for the camera really needs to be longer with a better swivel, as you can't focus it down far enough if you are putting this in a tight space over a door, all I'm getting is the fence and my neighbors' wall. But it's still a deterrent having the camera there. I was disappointed with this due to those features that it lacks. I will be moving this to another location and getting different brackets for that camera's location. It's fine if you have a wide open area to cover but not if you have a area like my back door and gate enterance.

This looked cool and seems like it would be great for what I need in my back yard with my Blink. I guess I failed to realize it require hard wiring for the electrical. I was stupid enough to think it ran off batteries. Oof.
