Try placing the solar charger in direct sunlight for a few hours before connecting the doorbell. This will allow the solar charger to harvest solar energy first. After this, please reconnect the doorbell and see if that will hold the charge. Inadequate phone tech support.

This was not an acceptable outcome and the result of poorly trained staff.
