Initially this solar panel did provide power to my eufy video doorbell, albeit a very slow trickle charge… then (shortly after the return period ended) this thing actually started draining my doorbell battery FASTER than before I had the panel. The placement of the panel gets plenty of morning sunlight but no matter how many times I disconnected/connected it, I got the same poor results. I eventually disconnected it completely, tossed it in the failed tech box & now just charge the video doorbell every month or so… I’ll give some other solar panel a shot at some point in the future.

This solar panel is built well however, given it was advertised as for the Eufy Doorbell Camera, I expected a smaller profile for the connection to the doorbell itself. That huge micro usb and the included large connection base makes it stick out to far therefore, I did not use. Your use may vary...

Returned the solar panel. It does not go with the Ring.

I bought the panel because it was about $10 cheaper. Initially, the solar panel worked fine. However after 3-4 months my doorbells battery was recharged less and less. I noticed the wired connectors were brittle and had deteriorated. After repairing the wires, the panels performance still continued to degrade. I have zero battery life and at this point I’m forced to purchase another panel. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.
