If you love XCOM and can't seem to get enough punishment you may as well get Wasteland 2 (DC). It is made by the same people that made the original XCOM. It is very unforgiving. It hates you. It wants you dead in the worst way. I only give it a 4 because I am not that into being super frustrated.

Fans of RTS games, Fallout, XCOM will have a great time with this game.

I've never been a big fan of these types of games since there can be a little too much step-by-step minutiae, but the Wasteland series was an exception because the story and atmosphere made it worth it. Wasteland 2 is a great update of the classic and provides countless hours of entertainment.

I purchased this game for nostalgia's sake. I remember playing the original on Commodore 64. Graphics aren't great, but you might like it if your into turn based strategy games. If you can get it for $20 or less it might be worth a try.

So I boot the game up, sit down on my couch and immediately start squinting at the screen. The text is borderline unreadable! Apparently there is a patch to address this problem but, be forewarned!

plays like the old fallout 1 and 2 that real fallout fans crave

Wasteland is the game series the original isometric Fallout games were modeled after. If you like the original Fallout games, you'll love Wasteland 2. The only issue is that it takes a while to really get going. The game is unforgiving right from the outset. You really need to level up before the game hits its stride. Then, the game is a blast.

Fun game. would recommend to players who have not tried it.

Best buy Rocks in that I got this on sale for $16 with GCU. If you are an old PC gamer then you will remember the first Wasteland which was an epic post appoc RPG before the days of Fallout. They did a really nice job with this keeping the 'style' of the 20yr old original. You like old school isometric 3D rpg this is the game for you!

If you like strategy games you will love this game.

If you like original Fallout games then you will probably like this. The graphics aren't amazing, and the game play is kind of slow. But it's still pretty fun. It also has FMV cut scenes!

Haven't got to play a lot of it yet but I'm enjoying it so far. More challenging than I thought it was going to be but haven't played a lot of these types of games so I'm learning!

Nothing outstanding here, but fun if you're not expecting call of duty graphics and game play. Got it on sale and I am enjoying playing it.

This game is inspired by the Fallouts of the olden days but things do get a bit tedious and slow. The game will last you a long time though.

No game is perfect. This game, not many people will probably like in this generation. But I absolutely love it for what it is. The combat is like chess. The world is engrossing. Give it a try, your might be presently surprised!

Improved visuals from the original game. The game play is also much improved. A bargain must-play.

If you love old school isometric RPGs with turn based combat you will love this game. There's nothing on the PS4 like it which is another reason it's so enjoyable

I bought this game because it was less than $10 and I am interested in post-apocalyptic scenarios. Unfortunately, it is now in my backlog for the time being.
