Watch Dogs 2 expands on the ideas and concepts in the first Watch Dogs and improves on them in almost every way. The graphics are amazing, the story is amazing, and the action is top notch. I would highly recommend this to anyone who liked Watch Dogs 1 or GTA V.

I am not saying this is the best game ever or the game of the year I just think for a fall release open world single or co-op experience this was the perfect game for that itch. The story is a lil far fetch maybe a lil gimmicky along with the characters but once I sunk my teeth into the mechanics & gameplay the hacker crew grew on me the ability to completely hack your way go stealth or guns blazing help or cause mayhem that freedom is what this game fun. I can't tell you how many times I made rival gangs, police,& security for places have shootouts for the laughs or strategic value. The side missions tie in perfectly allowing growth & slow the game down to see the city which has a really nice way to do it in Scoutx an app that allows you to pose near famous, historic, or memorable places throughout San Fran this allowed me to discover places here convos that led to other places. I can go on & on but it's a solid redemption with great customization options & growth of character oh & a lot of stuff is free as long as you earn in the game & not with real currency You're a hacker 5grand in 10 minutes a piece of cake Enjoy !!

the story is pretty good,although i wish the controls had stayed the same as the first game.

This game hasn't been played yet so here is why I purchased it. Though the original Watch Dogs had controversy over graphics I found the game itself fun with an engaging story. I enjoyed it. I guess graphics aren't everything. I loved the way it captured a real world city (Chicago) and the hacking was a potential gimmick that was integral to the game and, again, fun. So, Watch Dogs 2 is supposed to deliver on this and add more. Gameplay, graphics and a new modeled city (this time San Francisco). Not sure how I feel about a completely new protagonist but I'm not against it. I look forward to putting some time into this and getting back into the ctOS conspiracy. At $15 it's a sure winner for someone who enjoyed the first game and enticing for those new to the story.

Awesome graphics, great story. Dont expect it to be just like GTA V or GTA in general. The game is a great way to play open world games with the abilities your are given in game. San francisco looks as beautiful as it would in person. Have fun!!

Many gamers did not like the first installment of this game, I am not one of them. I liked the first one and like this one even more. It is not GTA so please stop comparing it to GTA. I like the game play and the open world. Many side activities to complete and the season pass will give you additional missions and story. Worth the money.

Great open world. Really improves on the first one.

I like open world games, they give you the freedom to play how you like. This games delivers that in a way where you can go stealth or guns blazing. If you like a game with a good story, this game fits this category at an OK/good level. Though open world is great, I prefer a great story, something like the uncharted series. However if you havent played the first watchdog game this game gives a refreshing story. If you prefer a game that guides you level to level, or don't have much experience choosing your own missions I would not recommend this game for you as you can get a little sidetracked from the main missions, or can get a little annoyed by having to "travel" to do a mission.

This game doesnt compare to GTA. so if you are looking for something to replace gta this will not be it. That said this game has some very cool idea and is ope world. I especially like how every mission can be completed in a different fashion. I like to call the mob and police on a building have them have a huge shoot out and then walk in and complete the objectives. The game gives you freedom to do what you would like. I will say the narrative of the game seems odd, because your main character is this very happy teen. But he could also be a very violent person, but the clip scenes do not portray that. So there is disconnect there. It is a game so who really cares....

Like many, I was excited at what was offered by the promise of the original Watch Dogs, especially considering it was set in my hometown. That "gotta have it" excitement fizzled rapidly once several hours of gameplay was invested and the new mechanics were largely never fully realized. There was promise in the game, but most of it just never felt satisfying. Watch Dogs 2 has rectified almost every issue & unfulfilled desire the original brought to bear. If you left WD1 unimpressed, WD2 has you covered, with a better story, tighter controls, and all the hacking expanded upon. You owe it to yourself to revisit the world of Watch Dogs. They've come a long way, but I'm still hoping they return... to Chicago!

Like most open world games its fun till it gets a bit mundane. Playing this game feels like there's so much to do but not really? if that makes sense. I do really enjoy the graphics. controls are a bit difficult to get used to.

I have always been a. Fan of watch dogs as soon as a saw the trailer for the first game(as many people were, and as many were disappointed after it released). I thought the first game was incredibly fun to play and had a great story and was so entertaining! I could not grasp why all kind of people hated the first game, I just hoped they would buy and love the second, and that's exactly what happened! Everyone loves this game and it's got such great reviews! I'm so glad that watch dogs 2 fixed and delivered what people that didn't like the first one wanted from the second one! Watch dogs 2 is super fun and there's all kinds of things to do! This is easily in my top 5 games from 2016!

Writing this after finishing the main story. One the main issues a lot people had with the first Watch Dogs was the main protagonist, Aiden, being to bland. I must say I disagreed with that notion. Well, Watch Dogs 2 introduces us to Marcus and a group of characters in DedSec. Marcus is definitely the opposite of Aiden. That's not a bad thing as it makes for a completely different story, at least to me. Overall its a great game that's been over looked due to the criticism of the first entry. The graphics are beautiful on the PS4 Pro. The Setting in the Bay Area is amazing and I'm not just saying because I live in the area. Give it a try.

I'm still in the middle of playing this game but I absolutely love the game so far. I actually enjoy it more than the first one and I actually liked the first one. I highly recommend the purchase of this game, especially since it is usually found on sale most times.

The game is just like the first one. You play as a very skilled hacker as a new member of dedsec. Able to hack the world through your phone. New hack skills a long with 2 new gizmos to aid you in your time of need. You can play solo or team up with a friend or a stranger to complete missions or just have fun within the world. Driving the vehicles can be a bit annoying since the faster the vehicle is the easier it is to lose control. You can invade other players and hack them, go after bounties, set your self up to be the bounty, and a few other events.

The original Watch Dogs was a change to the traditional Grand Theft Auto type games. It added the hacking element to the open world type genre. With Watch Dogs 2 it adds in more cultural diversity in the group of main characters and factors in some parkour moves. Having the parkour to get around is a lot more handy and smoother than the first game. The first game you had to run around walls a lot and make short climbs onto a roof or fences. The parkour element allows more elements to a chase and helps the player to keep on the tail of enemies. This is a must play and must own video game.

I liked the first Watch Dogs game when it came out, and enjoyed this 2nd iteration even more. They are very different from each other with the original being a lot darker, but the improvements in driving mechanics, hacking abilities, puzzle solving and game play really take Watch Dogs 2 to a new level. The bottom line for me is if the game is fun to play, and this game is a blast to play. I enjoyed most of the side missions and storyline throughout the game. I caught it on sale when Best Buy had it for $30, and it's an easy recommendation even at full retail price..

If you played the first game well u already know what to expect, without spoiling anything there's more abilities you can do more hackers and different city. Soundtrack could be a Lil better but over all I'm happy with it.
