Customers commend Watch Dogs for its impressive graphics and immersive open world, finding the Gamepad integration particularly enhances gameplay and the storyline engaging. However, some users noted inconsistencies in the frame rate. Overall, the game is praised for its features, despite this minor drawback.

This game is great for the money it cost, 20$ is not bad, too bad it was delayed on wii u for six months, but at least now is 20 dollars.

I have played this previously on PS4 and my friend had it on PS3 and I played that version as well. So, I have something to compare it to.
The Wii U edition came out several months after the fact but it's a great treat for Nintendo fans. The game doesn't look as good as the PS4 edition but certainly looks better and, in my opinion, runs better than the PS3 edition. The added features on the game pad, and easy to use map made for a far more enjoyable experience on Wii U for me.
If you've not played the game, you are a hacker activist in a slightly more hi-tech version of modern day Chicago where everything is run by a program that watches everything you do. At the end of the day it's Grand Theft Auto open world gameplay minus all the extreme violence and nudity. It still has an M Rating which is rare to see on a Nintendo system and makes this oddly more entertaining on Wii U.
Missions can get repetitive but the overall conspiracy theory story is pretty solid. Doing everything this game has to offer will keep you busy for a very long time! The ability to hack objects to help you feels a little weak, as if it was a tagged on feature, but the game is still surprisingly engaging with lots to keep you busy in the city. The cars you drive could use better handling as a whole but nothing feels broken. The game also sports a great soundtrack!
If you can get it for less than $19.99 (or in my case $12.99 cause it was on sale) it's well worth that price! I like supporting M Rated titles on Wii U to encourage more releases like this on Nintendo consoles.

I haven't played any of the other releases, but the Wii U version is an excellent sandbox type game. The city is huge with tons to see and do. I love the integration with the cell phone app to play cross device multiplayer. The gamepad displays a detailed map which is very helpful when heading for objectives. Graphics are decent for Wii U with the only issue being frequent framerate drops. Nothing that really affects gameplay, which is spot on. Recommended for fans of Grand Theft Auto.

It's been a while since I've played a GTA-like game. I only have owned Nintendo systems because I love their exclusives, but every once in a while, I'll go third party.
It's kind of boring with the campaign, but there's a lot of side quests to do. From chess to being a good citizen, from gambling to hacking the city, from shopping in pawn shops to stealing money from an atm, it's a little bit of everything that keeps the game fun to keep coming back.
Although the graphics aren't on par with PS4 or Xbox One, you're playing, in my opinion, the best version with WiiU as your Gamepad gives you real-time mapping and dual-screen and off-TV mode.
It's fun. Just not "full price" fun. I'm glad I got an amazing deal with Best Buy.

Its a pretty fun game I have it for Xbox one and now Wii U. I haven't played it much for the Wii U yet but it seems to be the same game as on other systems.
Its an open world game which makes it pretty nice. Also has some RPG type elements to it all in all its a nice game to have for your Wii U and its pretty cheap right now so give it a try.

Watchdogs does a genuine job at leaving the decisions of this open world to the gamer. The story although may have its shortcomings is better than most games in the genre. If you're a gamer who enjoys open worlds that dictate to the player I would recommend this game.

Its one of the few open world games for the Wii U. It also has a RPG system so unlock different abilities which pretty nice. Its one the few games where murdering everyone isn't the always the objective so that's refreshing.

I bought this game because it was at $20 and GCU brought it down to $16. Pretty fun game for what it was and unique in terms of mechanics. Story is meh and graphics is meh too.

Do you want to be a hacker? This action adventure game was a lot of fun to play. With your cell phone you are able to hack into a wide range of items, like bank accounts. In the open word environment, there was plenty of things to do. There are plenty of side missions to keeps things interesting for hours. This is a differently a game I recommend checking out.

The visuals are not well optimized, frame rate a little sloppy at times. You can tell they didn't put much money into this port. As as $60 game, no. But if you pick it up at $10 or so it's absolutely worth your time. Even though WiiU doesn't get many multiplats, when they do it's still my go-to regardless of graphics because of gamepad support (off screen is a godsend)

Solid version of a solid game that unfortunately came out almost a year too late. Is there any reason to get this game late as opposed to the ps4/xbone versions? No. Is it a good game for someone who doesn't have those systems? Sure, just don't expect the world.

I wasn't expecting the main character to be this malicious. I was thinking more tactical gameplay would be the course of the game. Still ended up pretty good, however.

I picked this up on sale so for the price I've had fun. You can hack into devices and cause chaos, and it is pretty open ended. It does suffer from some framerate issues at times though which do hamper the experience a bit.

I love games ranging from original NES games, Gears of War, and Grand Theft Auto. This however wasn't for me. The driving is awful and the story isn't very interesting. it had fun missions but it just wasn't for me.

It's an ok game and all, but when people complain about no 3rd party games and we get this? All hype. Smash Bros, Mario Kart, Splatoon lived up to the high expectations. Watch Dog is a good for a cheap price.
