This is a great game for GTA and Assassins Creed enthusiasts. If possible you want to get the XB1/PS4/PC, if you care about graphics there is a noticeable difference. The driving is not that great, but you can get used to it. I liked it a little better than GTA because the shooting is better, you can hack stuff to get rid of guards, and the guards/police are not dumb as rocks (They will push forward no matter what to kill you, which makes it a lot more challenging than GTA, you need to make use of everything you have). If your looking for a good story, look elsewhere. I found myself quitting for the night (Note: not because I disliked the game) and then come back the next day and not remember anything I did. If your looking for something new to play then this is a great game.

I'm less than a third of the way through the main storyline but I've done quite a few of the side missions and so far I'm very pleased with the execution of this game. The main missions have been pretty varied in terms of locations and methods of completion and the side missions are a great distraction if you just want to spend a half hour playing before bed. As a GTA fan my favorite side missions are the gang hideouts. They offer great stealth opportunities and the camera hacking is lots of fun. My only complaint so far is that there aren't enough scalable buildings. One of the things I loved to do in GTA was hop on a roof of a neighboring building and take out targets before diving into the heart of a warzone, but Watch Dogs doesn't seem to have many buildings designed for scaling and if you pull out a gun on the street NPCs start to freak out and will likely call the cops. Admittedly, this is realistic behavior but it can make stealth killing a little less stealthy. At the end of the day I still put this high on my list of open-world FPS and kudos to Ubisoft for thinking a bit out of the box.

I am about 4 hours into this game, and I have to say that Uni Soft isn't as good at sand box games as Rock Star. For me Red Dead Redemption is the gold standard for sand box games. Great story, plenty of side missions, which actually tie into the story, and amazing graphics. Uni Soft seems to try to make a game better, by simply adding more. And the more is not actually better. I have stayed away from many of the side missions because they just seem to be a waste of time. Also the gameplay can be really challenging at times, right out of the gate, while it should be a slow increase in challenges. Now that I am into the game a bit more, that is not as much of a problem as you would think. Worth your money, but it is not going to win game of the year, in my opinion.

Waited to get this game from when I heard about it a year ago. The graphics are really realistic looking even on the Xbox 360....would imagine a lot better on an Xbox One. The people, the cars, the buildings......all fantastic. The actually mechanics of game play is easy but it will take you some time to actually figure it out. The game idea is unique however it seems to be touchy when sneaking around that you can be discovered rather easy. The car missions from getting from point "A" to point "B", the time limits seems to be short and the cars slightly difficult to control.....not like GTA. After a few hours of game play, I was easily distracted on side missions and haven't gotten back to story line. When hacking into the citizens devices, it becomes a bit overwhelming as there are a lot of people or things to get information on. The GPS works well as a guide on the streets but sometimes you are left figuring out where the actual destination is and the GPS map is good but could be more detailed. If you are a GTA (Grand Theft Auto) fan then these features are below those of GTA but still useful none the less. However with all that said, I still believe this will be a fun game once you get the mechanics of the game figured out. Also as a side note.....there are rumors floating around about the game having some issues regarding loading saved games where you are denied access to your game........see the web for more info.....I have not had these issues - my platform is Xbox 360

Watch dogs can lure you in with its awesome story and characters, but the gameplay can get repetitive pretty quickly. The city of Chicago is huge and full of stuff to do, but driving around feels arcade-like and there can be pop-ins here and there. Overall great game, but wish I could do whatever I want like in GTA V!

The detail in this game is beautiful. Every crevice you look in has tremendous detail. Drive is super fun. Many GTA similarities. Hacking citizens gets old very quick, hacking the streets never gets old, hacking security is old after the first time you do it. The hype misled me to how much you can choose to do with citizens, you cannot for example steel money from one and give it to another, you keep all the easy cash. There seems to be no concaquense for steeling from the less fortunate, which seemed to be infered in the pre-release hype. Fun game, at $50 I think it should be a buy for you.

game has decent graphics for the 360 and a semi interesting story line... the map is fairly big and there are different things to do but there is something this game is lacking and im not sure what it is

I bought this for a friend, I own it on PC myself, and he loves it. It lacks a bit of content but overall it's a fun game and hopefully with the DLC it'll fleshen out a bit.

I think it's a very cool concept / gameplay. It's definitely different than most games that I've played. I think the developers should switch up the type of challenges per region if they choose to make a sequel. It almost starts to feel redundant (like Assassin's Creed can get). I feel like it's way too easy to get money...I have millions of dollars that I really don't do anything with. I can't spend the money fast enough. Developer's servers lag a bit from time to time when trying to connect and play with other gamers.

This open world third person shooter blends elements from Grand theft auto, metal gear solid, and even prince of Persia, with a new approach to taking on opponents in an urban environment. The controls take a little getting used to, but suit the game well. It's definitely a fun game to play and lets you accomplish missions in different ways based on your playing style, whether it's all out guns blazing or a more stealthy approach.

I can not stop playing! Graphics are nice and it's full of action.

Great game, love the action. Be warned switching from GTA to this game get a little confusing with the controls.

This is a must purchase game, has an awesome story line supplemented by an amazing free roam. Everything about this game from the graphics to the audio is non stop perfection. It was well worth the wait and the 60 you have to pay. One of the details I like that they put in is the check ins throughout the city with factual information it's actually quite educational as well. I would have never known about Bernai Island in Chicago which is its own nation.

Watch Dogs is a great game. I love the story line and the hacking. The iPad app is really fun to play also.

Good open world game, not as good as GTA though, hacking is a good change of pace

After getting used to the controls, I find the game to be challenging-but in a good way. I would recommend this game to someone, it's great that you can choose what you do and when, it's nice to be able to do that instead of some of the other games out there

Game is action packed, makes u feel like a hacker. It resembles the tv show Person of Interest. Has an interesting back story. Probably not for kids under 12. Good graphics. Recommend.

This game is great. I am playing it on my XBOX 360 but going to get it for the XBOX ONE also. Love this game and recommend it for anyone!
