I actually have a Kenmore Elite fridge, but this filter works in it. It is much better than the filter that came with the fridge. Water tastes better and the filter has lasted longer.

Love the LG refrigerator which requires this filter. In my opinion it is overpriced considering the very short life before needing to be replaced. It seemed that I had no more replaced the old filter with this and within 3 weeks the "replace filter" alert was blinking. It does a good job of filtering the water and leaves no odd taste to the water. The only reason I'd recommend this to a friend is because it's the only filter for the refrigerator and you're stuck if you want filtered water. Not simple to install without trial and error effort.

Got to have it to use the water dispenser. Easy and straight forward installation, just make sure you got the right one for your model.

This filter isn't cheap, but it works very well. The water comes out much more forcefully when the filter is new, so it must be catching a lot of stuff as it works.

Made my water taste filtered. Make sure you follow the directions and run enough water through it first before using or water will taste funny

living in an area that doesn't have the greatest tasting tap water, this filter helps me save money on buying bottled water because it really improves the taste of the water.

This filter makes a big difference in the taste of our water. There is no noticeable change in filtration at the end of the filters life, which I found very impressive.

Really The only way to tell if this product is good is by the quality and taste of your water. So with that in mind I give it five stars and can't say anything bad about it.

Easy to remove and easy to replace. Timely reminder by writing date on the filter cartridge. It usually does last six months. Water will slow when a change is needed.

This filter delivers taste that is equal to or better than any spring water from the very first glass. There is no clearing out of a weird taste like other generic filters.

The LG filters are easy to install and do a good job at filtering the refrigerated water. It's always clear, has no smell to it, as advertised. One of the best features is the fact that they are so easy to install.

This OEM LG filter works great, and I got a couple months use out of it. It's a little pricey when compared to the non-OEM brand, so I may try one of those and see how it compares in taste and longevity.

Well.... It's a filter I have to buy it every 6 months. It is definitely needed. You can really taste a difference in the water if you don't change it when recommended.

Unfortunately I went online and ordered filters that were not LG but said they fit. Total waste. The Best Buy LG filters cost more but went in perfectly!

This water filter that gets replaced every six months makes me feel comfortable drinking water that safe. No need to spend money on bottle water anymore

This filter gives excellent tasting water. I was getting a supply of FIJI water but I have stopped ordering the FIJI because my Refrigerator water tastes better.

This product was easy to remove and install. Had to dump 6 or 7 pitchers of water before the water became clear. What continues to happen is LG frigerator indicates the filter needs to be replaced.

Filter was overdue to be changed. We could tell a difference in water quality as soon as the new one was installed and a quart of water run thru it.

This filter does the job but I still like my reverse osmosis system better.The ice tastes good after it is filtered.It is better than not using a filter as My subdivision has pretty bad tasting water.I would not make ice without it.
