Great water filter, the water tastes great and is easy to install most of the time, sometimes I need to turn off the water, but that is the fridge issue, not the filter. And it is the Genuine Samsung Filter. Highly recommend it.

I picked up these filters for my Samsung family hub refrigerator and they are absolutely easy to install my ice nice and fresh and keep my water clear and cool. I always purchase my filters from Best Buy. Is the home of all the appliances in my home from the washing machine and dryer all the way down to my dishwasher Microwave and fridge!

Ive read Amazon ratings on knockoff brands for these Samsung water filter refills and the reviews are too mixed to risk trying to save an extra buck. The reviews range from funny taste, to leaks, to having to retrofit the things. Even though it seems a little expensive, I’ll pass on the nightmares and stick to the required OEM replacement. The water tastes great and it’s a simple pull out the old and push in the new. I like that simplicity.

When purchasing a water filter for my Samsung refrigerator I always go with the name brand instead of an off brand. I do not want any problems, You can ruin your refrigerator and also A warranty or a refrigerator by using Generics. Don't forget about price matching with Best Buy. I rather support them than Amazon. I am a Total Tech member, So that also helps out in savings sometimes. Dropped my Amazon membership years ago.

Original replacement for my Samsung fridge, very easy to install and you can even check the authenticity of the product very easily. The water taste is good, although the price is kind of high, it's definitely worth it.
