    Never had one. Love how my teeth feel after and the next am.. Really cleans the gums and teeth. Start on lower setting to begin with and work to your comfort.

    Item was returned the day I received it because I found the exact same Flosser $20.00 cheaper at my local grocery store. The item itself works just fine; it was a replacement for previous one that broke when it was accidentally dropped and broke. The previous one I owned was well over a year old.
