    I love my waterpic. I was skeptical that it would work however I was wrong. I’m one month into using it and I have zero plaque build up on my lower teeth, my problem area. I feel like i just went to the dentist every night after using it

    I really liked this model, the size is perfect. But on the first one I bought the on/off button on the handle jammed off and it would not let the water come through. I tried another one but first the charger did not work well, it was hard to get it just right. Then again the on/off on the jammed. I guess I will have to move on to another kind. Too bad, I really liked the size.

    While I think I will get a longer life out of this product, I don't feel that I get the same cleaning effect as a handheld flosser. It, however, beats the cost of constant replacement.

    You may need a 5V 1A usb charger (like older iphone small square ones). Seems to indicate it includes it in parts list but instructions then say “if package does mot include charger the. Use 5V 1A).

      Hello yamoinca - We apologize for any confusion. Please refer to the side panel or instruction manual. Newer units do not include an outlet plug. The charging cord that is provided is compatible with most standard wall bricks that many of us already have. It just needs to be an industry-standard USB charger with an output rating of 5V, 1A.     Product is defective and Besy Buy would not take it back. Water leaks out the bottom of the wand.
