Defective

Worked for a few months and broke right after warr

And it's right after I'm not able to return it. Doesn't charge basically now I just have a thing that sits on the counter that does nothing. Warning I would check where this came from. I have one that work fine for at least 2 years. This one only lasted a couple months

It’s terrible sorry

We’ll have to return it and I even paid for a Protection Plan or something that cost $15 dollars and change too.

I’m one month into using it and I have zero plaque build up on my lower teeth, my problem area. I feel like i just went to the dentist every night after using it

Button on the Handle Jams

But on the first one I bought the on/off button on the handle jammed off and it would not let the water come through. I tried another one but first the charger did not work well, it was hard to get it just right. Then again the on/off on the jammed. I guess I will have to move on to another kind. Too bad, I really liked the size.

Says it includes a charger but doesn’t

Posted .Hello yamoinca - We apologize for any confusion. Please refer to the side panel or instruction manual. Newer units do not include an outlet plug. The charging cord that is provided is compatible with most standard wall bricks that many of us already have. It just needs to be an industry-standard USB charger with an output rating of 5V, 1A.
