I have been wanting one of these for over a year! Previously I had a separate water pick and toothbrush that took up a significant amount of counter space. My Sonic fusion is small and compact but packs a punch! My teeth feel clean and smooth when I’m done. I love that I can clean under my bridgework with the waterpik all one time .

This makes your mouth feel squeaky clean. Gets in every part of your mouth. After 3 days I noticed a significant change in my breath. My gums no longer bleed and my dentist couldn't be happier. Best investment in my personal health I've made this year.

The tooth brush is nothing special and should be a lot bigger but the water floss leaves the teeth feeling fresh, clean, and amazing and it's almost addicting to use when you feel the results.

Incredible little machine. Brushes and flosses with water pik in a seamless manner. Our teeth have never been cleaner. Waterpik offered a sale on new brushes at greatly reduced price. So I can share one machine with my wife.

Although the replacement heads are a bit pricey, they are still worth it since this unit can replace a Philips Sonic Care and the older style Water Pik with a single device.

The Waterpik brushes as well as a manual toothbrush and seems to floss as well as regular floss. The really nice thing about it is how easy it is to floss (irrigate). I have 3 bridges and doing manual floss every day was a pain.

I've used their toothbrush and waterpik as separate items, but I really like this concept of all in one (but still usable separately). It guarantees I'll do both - hard to be lazy if it's only a matter of pushing a button. In fact, it's hard not to hit "the other button" when using only one - probably would be good to have them be just a tad less sensitive. I really think 4.5 stars is more how I'd rank this device - and I'd give it 5 stars but I think the brush and waterpik are a little less forceful than in the separate devices. Still, it's a great idea and a good buy.

This waterpik is the best tooth cleaning system I have ever tried … super convenient, actually fun to use, and gets the job done! I actually can't wait to get my teeth cleaned because this tool has already done the job …

I don’t think I’ll ever use a different type of toothbrush. It’s works amazingly and the timer is great. The water gun is also great as a replacement-flosser.

The Sonic Fusion is a great combination of toothbrush and flosser. Very easy to use and convenient. Gentle on the gums it's definitely worth the money...and my dentist appreciates it too!

I love this item. I am not a fan of flossing otherwise. It is easy to use and does a great job. Even my dental hygienist was impressed during recent appointment.

Sure beats normal teeth brushing process. Pressure water does a great job “water flossing” between teeth and gum area. I really don’t like to use a regular tooth brush anymore.

Does what is says it does! You can use mouthwash or water. The only downside replacement brush heads are a little on the costly side and hard to come by.

This works wonders! If you are new to flossing there will be a little bleeding (not hemorrhaging, relax). You will be fine in 4-5 days. I have my first check up since purchasing in two weeks and I will revisit this review based on my dentist. The brush head feels great on my bums, and the built-in timer insures 2 minutes of brushing (30seconds per quadrant) every time. Would definitely recommend.

After a month of use, I can honestly say this is much better than my old Sonicare. The brushing is much lighter than I am used to but it gets the job done and my teeth feel very clean. I typically brush with toothpaste for the first minute of the cycle then kick on the waterpik and finish the 2 minutes of brushing while picking. I used to suffer from bleeding near a bridge but after about 2 weeks the bleeding has almost stopped completely. I firmly believe that my mouth is healthier since using this system.

I would like to say that overall I am very happy with my water pick. After flossing with the water pack my mouth feels nice and fresh and clean. I would just like to make one note for those interested in purchasing this product. Listed under specifications it states that there are three speeds for when you are brushing your teeth, when in fact there is only one speed.I called the manufacturer regarding this and they apologized and stated that it was an error in the specifications. But I am still happy with this product.

My dentist has been recommending this for years, finally purchased one and it's been well worth it. I use it to supplement normal flossing and between the two has helped keep my teeth clean and less painful scraping in the dentist chair. There's definitely a technique to brushing/flossing and draining the water at the same time over the sink without making a mess, but aside from that I've no issues with this product and would absolutely recommend everyone to purchase this.

I like the fact that the electric toothbrush and Waterpik is an all in one unit and it doesn't take up a lot of space on the vanity counter top. I previously had a Phillips Sonicare and I feel like the Phillips, on whitening setting, had more power and got my teeth feeling cleaner than this Waterpik combo does. I basically need to put it through 2 sessions of cleaning in order to make my teeth feel as clean as the Phillips did, but I am enjoying using the waterpik, which the Phillips Sonicare didn't have attached.

My husband loved this product. Easy to use. He said his teeth and gums definitely felt cleaner after each use. We would buy again.

Replaced an old sonic with this unit. Toothbrush is excellent. The reservoir for power flossing is bulky and the unit takes up more room than I care for
