I now use it at least twice a day vs my toothbrush once a day. My mouth feels cleaner, as does my teeth

I own Waterpik - Ultra Water Flosser for a year now and purchased the second one as a Christmas gift for a friend, which was liked as well. The reason for the four stars is that when you pick up a water reservoir to be filled with water and Listerine, it leaks water now. It doesn't take away from its performance although it is a bit messy.
