Directions to the Waterpik were quick and accurate, and advice on which of the many Waterpiks to pick was on point. For once there were plenty of salespeople to help me. Often there are too few and the wait for a salesperson is way too long.

Cleans very well,power cleaning works very well at maximum.only thing what bothers me is too noisy and too messy.

Purchased as a gift. Person liked it and said it reached parts of their teeth the brush or flossing didnt quite get. Thinking about getting myself one! ps its smaller than I thought so can take with on travels or buy the portable one. Personally I prefer this one. Either way have to plug in. Good value on sale. Good original brand. Apparently just have to get use to how to hold the tool and use it.

Works great, just loud and vibrates a lot, but I do enjoy flossing my teeth with it.

Much better than flossing. I use it before brushing rather than after brushing. I'm not sure if one way is better than the other.

I bought this product prior to my trip to the United States, because I received a mail from BestBuy about a deal. Compared to my country, this product cost 4 times less. I have not used it here, since I require a transformer for 220V. In my stay in the USA I used it and I can say that it is an excellent product, just like the one I had bought in the 90's. I recommend it!

This is my first waterpik and I am happy with my purchase. I wasn’t sure what to expect initially, but it does a great job of flossing and making your mouth feel clean. It can be rough on the gums if you don’t know what you are doing, start out at a lower pressure and work your way up to see what works for you.

Great product, strong water stream, very efficient.
