    Do not buy this product it is trash compared to some of their other stuff. I had a hand held waterpik that was perfect for what I needed. It broke and I bought this to replace it thinking it will be the same enjoyable product...I was so wrong. This thing is so loud and is such an inconvenience that I started regular flossing. I loved my old one so I reached out to the company to ask them for any help to exchange this and pay more for a better one. They instead defended this very awful product with excuses and offered me a $5 rebate.

      Hello AnthonyD - We're sorry to see that you are unhappy with your water flosser. All Waterpik Water Flossers are designed for use in the bathroom and to have sound levels appropriate for that space. Specifically we design our products to have a sound level that is less than 70 dBA, where less than 70 dBA is defined as ‘conversation level’. Beyond 70 dBA we hear the sound of a toilet flush and most hair dryers are approaching 90 dBA. Noise from our products are not a defect, it is completely normal.
