    I'd brought this item to replace one. I'm not liking that once you turn it on, water starts shooting out. Was not use to that. I'd soon learn to hold the bottom on the front of the handle and i was able to control the water flow better.

    This is my third Waterpik Flosser since I started using one. However, just keep in mind that the usual life expectancy of this product is barely two years. So, even if you buy the protection offered by BY, it's not worth it, as it will stop operating at a two year mark.
