    If the button wasn’t such an issue I would give it 100% “it gets stuck all the time and the water doesn’t come out”. I’m trying to get a replacement and hopes that’s an easy process but clearly they “waterpik” know it’s an issue because they newer ones have a switch button versus press button.

    After 18 months with just one person using this water flosser, the button on the handle, which starts and stops the flow when the device is on, broke rendering it useless. I expected that with light use it would last longer. Before it broke I was very happy with this product.

    I was really disappointed on this product. I had one when I was younger and it was not difficult to use at all. This one gets everything wet. Hard to use. Floods your mouth with water right away so you have to stop all the time. It seems the water flow in to much, It's just supposed to be a small stream of water. Its seems like your brushing your teeth with a garden hose lol.

    Flosses well but time consuming. Be prepared to spend a good 30 mins, flossing, brushing and rinsing.

    I have owned this product for seven months. I use it nightly. There are two issues. One, the pause button gets stuck when I press it. And second, the water leaks at the base of the handle, where it connect to the water hose.

Running distilled white vinegar and warm water through the unit and handle regularly, as recommended, will prevent the issue by breaking down any buildup that may be accumulating.     Not sure how this got great reviews which made me buy it. It lasted me barely 5 uses. It felt like a toy and very cheap. On first use it was leaking and I tried to manage it. After about 5times using it, it just stopped working and I had to return it and buy the bigger one. Will try and see if the bigger one is stronger. Not much options to choose from. Won’t purchase again.

    I don't like how loud it is. It's also too big to store in my bathroom because it's small and the cord is a problem. The cordless version may be a better option. It's too noisy. I don't like it and need to return it.
