    This does not last long. Ours didn't last a year and that was without every day usage. The button stuck on the wand and try as a I might and checking the Internet nothing worked and ended throwing it out. Overall very disappointed.

Running distilled white vinegar and warm water through the unit and handle regularly, as recommended, will prevent the issue by breaking down any buildup that may be accumulating. If you use additives or have very hard water, you can do certainly do it more often.     Felt flimsy and I barely even got it out of the box. A few days later I got sick (not due to the purchase) but now that I am better I am TOO LATE to return it it?!?! :( Come on guys!

    Bought this for my husband for Christmas he tried to use it several times and couldn’t get use to it. In my opinion it was difficult to use. We wound up getting rid of it

    Not very user friendly. Very messy and does not clean all the plaque off. It does remove food particles but not the extra clean feeling from flossing. Save your $40 and wait for an electronic flosser with real floss.

      Hello Rose - We are sorry you are having difficulty using the product. There is definitely a trick to it. We have found the best advice we can give is to place the flosser in your mouth prior to turning it on, then make sure you look down into your sink as you go; keep your mouth slightly open so water can drain into the sink.
