    The thin collar that holds the hand piece broke off right after the warrantee period. Velcro would not hold well, so I sent it back to see if they would help. They returned it to me with a letter telling me to buy a new one...FAT CHANCE OF THAT HAPPENING!

    Received as a gift. Feels cheap to the touch, like a McDonald's toy. Four head slots for six heads, cabling doesn't flex, leaks when you try to adjust anything. Absolute trash.
