I loved Waxwork when it was first released and purchased this edition out of nostalgia more than out of an expectation that I would still enjoy it so many years later. I was wrong! The great things about the movie (its fond homages to classic horror films, its off-kilter sense of humor) are still great and the less-than-great aspects (some of the effects and acting) are just as forgivable as ever. One point off for the blu-ray's understandably less-than-crisp visuals and for the lesser (but still fun) sequel.

Rejoice, as a fan of 80's genre films, Vestron was my go to, back in the day. New World, Vestron, Cannon, I can go on and on. This label revival continues to bring quality releases with great packaging and presentation. The films themselves were super fun to revisit and I highly recommend this release for collectors and fans of 80's genre films.

If you enjoyed these films when they first came out by all means get this edition with a nice documentary and a commentary with Zach Galligan on both features.

I have not got a chance to watch the second film yet but the first one is a fun tye of horror movie not sure if it is a classic but I enjoyed the film.

A great release for this classic film. No longer do they have to be watched in super grainy and awful quality. Watch them in all their high Def glory.

If you enjoy a horror movie with a bit of humor this is the movie for you. I actually saw the first part a while ago and I really enjoyed it and the second part was equally good. When I saw the 2 movies come out on Bluray and together at a great price I just had to get it.

Thank you Lion'e Gate and Vestron for finally excellent horror classics to blu-ray. Great video quality and extras. Love it.

I loved the movie when I saw it in the theater.. Bought it on VHS... yes I'm THAT old!! lol. Great Special features,,,Finally!! The acting is over the top. Special effects are incredible...Gotta love the werewolf scene!! YAYYYY

these are two movies that could be watched one after each other 80's horror movie that is fun.

Both films look great in the transfer department. WaxWork 2 is a garbage movie though.

First time this double features is available on blu ray. I would suggest to get it.

Was a great combo movie selection to sit and cuddle and laugh.

The blu-ray transfers for each movie looks great! I was decently surprised by how much I enjoyed these movies! Definitely give them a shot if you haven't seen them.
