Took longer to open the box than it did to install this in the PS5, highly recommended, As long as you can take the cover off (watch a youtube video first!) you can install this. only need a small phillips screwdriver

Works great. Even loads some ps5 games a little bit faster than the ssd. You get the whole tb. Fast and easy to install just google it.

The WD Black SN850 1TB SSD with heatsink is a high performing SSD option. With a small form factor and great build quality, this SSD looks fantastic! It is extremely easy to install and I can’t say enough about the speed!! So good! Worth every penny. The 1TB is a good option for PS5 owners looking to expand their storage. At 1TB, it more than doubles the PS5’s available space. Given the size of the games, it is worth considering the SN850 2TB, if you can find one. You’ll be extremely happy with either.

i love to play many games at once, and unfortunately my ps5 memory is limited, by adding this extra memory i can play multiple games. I recommend it to everyone

I bought this recommendation from someone who hasn't even used it yet. So i was a little hesitant at the least. So i got and put it in the PS5. No problems at all once you format it. It's a go. You can play your games straight from the hard drive. No overheating problems. Perfect. I can't be anymore happy with and you won't either.

My PS5 ran out of it's internal SSD space and was time for and expansion. This SSD worked without a problem and integrated heatsink is a must.

Followed one of the videos on the Best Buy site to install. Hardest part was actually getting the plate screw out. It was so tight and I was worried about stripping the screw. Ended up using pliers to get a good grip. After that it was easy peasy. Formatted automatically and now I have all the storage I need!
