This product worked great in my son's gaming computer build at Christmas. It is working wonderfully and is exactly what he wanted. So happy to find it at Best Buy, a company we respect and trust.

I'm very happy with this purchase, I've always preferred Western digital hard drives over Seagate and this drive lives up to my expectations. A solid amount of storage for the price as well.

Good hardrive with excellent price. I like Western Digital HD's, no issues with them. These ones run a bit quiter than the previous ones I had.

Excellent price when on sale. Delivery was faster than expected. HD does not come with data or power cords. Packaging was very secure. Have never had a bad experience with WD products.

Great for Desktop. No cable included, this is an OEM drive, but delivers lots of capacity, ok read and write speeds, and is cost effective.

All the storage you need unless you hoard videos and games. Installed easily, been running for a few months with no complaints

I purchased this hard drive as a replacement for a stock hard drive in a family member's HP all-in-one computer. Geek Squad worked on the computer two separate times, charging $150 total, insisting that they fixed the problem each time, but did not. They told us the stock hard drive was fine. I purchased this one because I was pretty sure the stock drive was failing, causing the problems. I installed the new hard drive, installed a fresh copy of Windows 10, and the computer hasn't given us any trouble since. We were able to get Geek Squad to refund the full $150 for their failed repairs and ended up only spending $50 to do it myself in the end.

This was included in my first pc build; which turned out great. It was easy to install (duh!) and I would recommend to anyone looking for a hard drive of these specs.

Western Digital hard drives have served me well for many years. This 1 TB hard drive is no exception. It does what it is designed to do and is performing perfectly.

Bought it on sale to extend the life of my old Vista PC. I upgraded to Windows 7 on the new drive & copied the pertinent data over & life is good so far.

For 50 dollars, you can expand your storage by a terabyte. It's reliable and most important of all, it does it's job well. Sure it's not an SSD, but for the money, it's hard to find something that works as well as this. A great HDD for computer builds.

I've had a lot of sucess with these hard drives. I have a few that a few years old and still going strong.

Got it for a great price. In fact I bought a couple more to run in a raid array and I've never had an issue with WD drives.
