    Used and installed inside my Alienware 17 r4 gaming laptop and works flawlessly. Super fast storage compared to a hard drive, and for a great price too. WD never seems to make a bad product.

    I replaced the HDD in my Dell Inspiron 17 7779 with this SSD and it is fantastic! It boots up from a cold start in less than 20 seconds and wakes up from hibernation in about 10 seconds. Programs run faster than ever with its extremely fast read/write speeds, it's quieter due to not having a HDD spinning and ticking away and it stays cooler and uses less power than a conventional HDD. I've been using it for a few weeks now without any issues and I couldn't be happier with it.
