Western Digital Drives aren't like they used to be

Item arrived DOA. Unfortunately Best Buy doesn't allow hard drive returns after 15 days (from purchase). Sadly, I didn't attempt to use this until after the 15 days was up. I had to go through WD Warranty, and even paying for advance replacement-- took almost a month to get the replacement drive, which was also DEFECTIVE. WD quality and support is nothing like it used to be. This is the last WD drive I will be buying, and with Best Buy's 15 day return window, I will be cautious what I purchase as well.
