Quick and easy way to add 1TB of extra hard drive space to your xbox series x. Ive had good luck with western digital in the past, this is the 2nd one of these purchased in our household. The 1st was purchased over 2 years ago and its still working great. Its plug and play so when you plug it in its ready to go. Shipping was fast, product was as described and in good condition when arrived. Best buy is the best for tech purchases!!

Instantaneous added storage for your Xbox Series X or S. There is something to be said about not having to dismantle parts of your console to add storage to it. This is made all the better in that there isn’t a cable to worry about either like external drives in the past. It plugs straight into the slot, and it’s good to go. Before the NAND/DRAM crisis we’re living in started, these were a tougher sell due to the proprietary nature of them driving higher costs. However, now that the rest of consumer storage devices have gone through the roof and these have obviously remained fixed function; these prices on them have stayed relatively flat. Funny how things come around.

I just started using it . Speed is pretty impressive when you resume games stored in this you won’t even notice an external drive is connected to your Xbox console. Also pretty ease to plug in. A good and reliable choice when you want to play multiple high end games like Farcry, Forza etc.. in Xbox s series console which have less internal space !

Works as advertised. My son loves the expansion card. He can now put multiple games (that are newer) on the expansion card and play them without having to move to the internal storage on tne console. Very satisfied. Definitely recommend.

A very necessary upgrade, games are often 70+ gen of data, and if you have a good size library this or the 2tb version will keep you from playing musical chairs with your games.

Works like a charm! Easy plug and play. Just need to go to storage options and select it as default save location/device. Makes traveling with your games easier than bringing the whole XBOX!

My son was always dealing with low memory with todays HUGE games and enormous updates(thanks COD). He can have his most played games ready to go any time thanks to this drive! We have had it about a year or so and its been very reliable! Easy install you just pop it in!

I bought this expansion card on a sale that Best Buy had. Saved $30. Price is high for the item, IMO. However, the price is the same pretty much any place you can buy it. As there is only two choices in brand, you're pretty limited. I've had good luck with WD products, so I went with this one. It's an internal expansion for xbox series x/s, 1 TB. Easy to install...make sure the xbox is off, open the package, remove card from package, insert into the back of the xbox, turn on xbox. Simple. The xbox reads it, and BAM! More storage. The reason for four stars is the delivery. Ordered it on a Tuesday. Site showed it was to be delivered on Thursday. FedEx showed it was out for delivery on Thursday, by 10pm. Package never came. Friday, around 3pm, I get an update showing delayed, and it would be there by 10pm. Package didn't show again. Saturday, no update, and no package. Tried contacting Best Buy on chat. Got disconnected when I gave them the order number. Never heard back, didn't have time to sit and wait for the chat again. Sunday, get an update showing delayed until Monday. Finally, the item was delivered on Monday. It was raining. The delivery person left package in the rain, even though we have signs up showing to put them in the covered shelf, two feet from where the package was left. While I understand FedEx was ultimately responsible for the bad experience Best Buy does business with them, and they should hold their partners accountable. Overall, I definitely recommend getting an internal storage, and I definitely would recommend the WD ones.

Got it on sale so it's def worth it. No issues at all running games off of it. Plug n play

I originally was looking at the Seagate storage card instead of the Western Digital but went with this one because the price of the Seagate jumped up $50 recently. Works wonderfully and is super fast. I was very pleased to see it comes with a 5 year manufactures warranty.

After a few weeks of use I can say I’m very satisfied with the WD-C50 1TB expansion card. It downloads games very quickly and runs them very smoothly.

Gave me so much extra space have 54 games downloaded to play on my console absolutely game changer super easy to get set up xbox walk you through the whole thing once you plug it in

Great and easy to use!!, makes life way easier and your able to download hella games with fast download speed i love it but it cost a bit much, caught it on sale tho! but 100% recommended if you can get it.

Love this one and WD company. They make great products. I have never had an issue with things I have purchased from them. I wish it would of came in a 2tb one like my old Seagate one, that crashed on me after a year. I am very happy with this purchase.
