Needed a extra external hard drive as my 1 TB that I had was starting to run out of space. I bought this one as Case Western has been reliable to me. It does its job and never seems to fail.

This portable hard drive arrived in good time and most certainly the price was right. This will work great to back up all of my photographs from my laptop to free up some much needed space.

I bought this $90 off when it was on sale. This is probably the only 4TB drive you will find for this price. It is a Best Buy only product but works fine just like any other external drive.

Great hard drive with alot of storage. Very good value for the amount of storage you get. It is somewhat heavy compared to other hard drives.

This external hard drive works well so far; set-up however could have been a little easier, thus only 4 stars. WD drives in the past had a more intuitive software program.

Got a good deal on it. Lot of memory. Use it for my ps5 but only to store ps4 games because it it’s a slow read. Overall does what I need it to do.

Great for storing games that require a solid drive

I had totally forgot that I had purchased this product until I needed extra storage for an XBOX ONE X. I originally purchased it to recover files from a dead computer. Even though I could not recover the files I kept it. I'm glad I did. It supports USB 3.0 which makes it compatible with XBOX an has 4 TB of storage. Now I'm going to try it with my XBOX ONE X and tell you how fast it loads the game.

The HDD is small and quiet. Works as you would expect. This is my fourth Western Digital portable hard drive over the past few years and I haven’t had a problem with any of the drives yet.

Works perfectly. Easy to setup. Well packaged. Used with windows 11.

This little BIG drive is a must for shutterbugs and video nuts. 4TB of storage than can fit into a pocket (though I don't recommend putting it there). But you can backup multiple computers, use it for time machine, or just plain copy everything from your hard drive with lots of room to spare. Maybe even hook it your xbox for lots of game downloads. Got it on sale, cheapest $$$/GB I have ever seen. No complaints.

I bought this hard drive to use for college and it has proven to be a great investment. The hard drive I bought has 4 TB of storage, meaning I will probably never run out of space on it. It is big enough that I do not forget it or lose it anywhere, but is not large enough that it is a pain to carry around. I had to reformat it so I could use it on both my Asus and MacBook, but other than that, it has been perfect.
